Location is convenient, 10 mins away from Dotonbori. Amenities were good.

スタッフさんの対応がとても丁寧で親切でした。 お部屋も綺麗でベッドがキングサイズでびっくり しました。ぐっすり眠れました。

他の方の口コミで寝巻きが無いとの意見がありましたが、チェックインの際にお借りできたので特に不満はありませんでした。 お部屋は一般的なビジネスホテルと同じで広くはないですが清潔感があり良かったです

Rooms are small but the bathrooms are very clean and nice.

The room is very small and dark! There’s no room services 2 bottles water for 4 nights. I call for a new towels on the 3 nights because they don’t do room service, the front desk told me to go down and get it ourselves.

Well, I expected a different hotel. It doesn’t have any crystal as it’s name suggests. On the contrary. The rooms are horrible!! Too small, uncomfortable and the windows had a strange glass that stopped the view from being effective. No view at all. Breakfast is ok for Asians. Nothing to choose for us!

事前に室内着が無いと知らずに当日就寝時に気付きました！ また、内線何番がフロントか分からず連絡も出来ませんでした。 朝食時に片付ける際ゴミ箱に朝食時に出ていた（で有ろう）レンジでチンの焼きそばの袋が有ったので出来れば見えない所に捨てていただければ．．． チェックイン時間前に行っても休憩用の椅子があったので座れて良かった。 部屋は狭いです。 フロントは日本人は1名だけでした。

location is ok with us since we like walking after having a full meal. hotel was so nice, room clean and space is just enough. check out is a bit early at 10am, wish they could make it 11am since checkin is 3pm. if you dont give your key back before 12nn they wont clean your room but will exchange your towels. free coffee and tea. the dining area is nice we always hang out there
