Gaviana is a bit old, but with many upgrades to meet the modern world and one's needs. It is perfectly located in the Golden Zone (Zona Dorada) with many restaurants, shops and entertainment just walking distance. They have their own spa, private access to the beach, buffet, pool and great ambiance.

Limpio , agradable., solamente el restaurante la comida no es buena , es insípida , mala , fuera de eso lo demás está muy bien.

en el cuarto hizo falta luces, las bombillas de las lamparas no funcionaban varias, el wifi estuvo intermitente, no funciono, la televisión no funciono no llego la señal

This used to be one of the top places along the Gold Coast but it's getting a bit shop-worn now. The elevators were wonky and it seems have been for quite some time, they just haven't bothered to fix them... Overall a great location, nice size rooms, pretty grounds.

Todo bien solo un detalle que creo que le pasó a varios huéspedes que entregan habitaciones en diferentes pisos siendo algo complicado llevando niños porque en mi caso me entregaron una habitación en el 3er piso y otra en el 5to piso

Room was very clean housekeeping staff was amazing pool is a little outdated as it is an older hotel but very well maintained. if you are looking for a place to relax on a weekend this is not the place for you music is very loud until like 4 am as they have a club on the same premises . But if loud music doesn’t bother you then this is definitely a place to stay .

Las habitaciones tienen demasiada humedad y el internet no funciona bien en la habitaciones la televisión solo es cable no hagarra señales, dice que es una televiso S-Mart y nunca pude conectar mi cel a ella. Es un hotel que no te entrega factura si contratas por esta agencia de hoteles.

La habitación muy limpia, el personal super atento y amable, todo muy accesible y un ambiente familiar.

The view was amazing and the staff was very kind. However, they don’t provide much more than shampoo and moisturizing cream. Also, the spa services are much more expensive than i thought.
