Lo único malo durante nuestra estancia, es que había poco personal, y hubo momentos en que no habia cerveza, tequilas, y algunas veces la comida

Great food and breakfast

Spa was amazing but overpriced breakfast was amazing and majority of the waiters and waitress were very good. Blow average room service and very tough communication with front desk. The worst part was the people organizing the excursions. It was way overpriced and if you wanted to move things around, it wasn’t as easy.

No lo recomiendo para nada

en mi opinion en general todo estuvo muy bien, la comida, la atencion de la gente, el joven de expedia mauricio muy bien, pendiente siempre, lo unico que no me gusto a mi particularmente es que el precio que pagamos por el hotel es alto y sin problema pero al menos por ese precio en otros hoteles me dan buen licor, no soy borracho pero me gusta tomar un buen whisky cuando menos un etiqueta roja y no habia con ustedes y cuando se gastaba una botella que habia no tenian otra para ofrecer, del resto no tengo queja todo excelente.

Food was at restaurants amazing. The night club could use better music. Staff was polite and accommodating

Estamos muy contentos de haber estado en Planet Hollywood, ya que todas las instalaciones y el personal del Hotel son muy agradables. Deseamos regresar pronto y seguir visitando su Hotel muy en especial la Att de Mauricio asistente de Expedia es grandiosa, él estuvo con nosotros en todo momento estuvo al pendiente de nuestro viaje día y noche, aún sin estar en horario laboral. Agradecemos mucho a Mauricio por su gran Atencion Gracias a él nuestro viaje fue aún mucho mejor.

Excelentes instalaciones, todo en la habitación muy bien, pero le falto servicio en bares, variedad de comidas, acceso a bebidas y cafés, se acababan constantemente,

Visite el hotel en sus inicios y salvo detalles se mantiene en exelente estado,fue muy bueno volver a visitarlo,muy atento todo el personal,TODOS,se lo recomiendo a mis amigos y familiares,el chico de xpedia exelente trabajo

Overall it is a nice resort. We spent an additional $600 to upgrade the food and wine on just 2 nights of dinning for 4 adults, personally if they cut that in half they will sell more. They kept running out of beer and ice on the beach bar. We go to Cancun to hang on the beach, we had to move to the crowded pool just to get cold drinks. Every staff member are nice and willing to help. Edgar Murcia is a wonderful person, look him up for an added touch of VIP.

El hotel esta bien solo que no me gusto que siendo un todo incluido cobren por actividades para niños como el arcade y otra actividades... las cenas fue lo que mas me gusto los restaurantes excelente

Beautiful property. Travelled with family and paid for star class. 6 people in total. Kids loved the lazy river and stayed busy the entire stay. Entertainment was great, spa was amazing and the tours were easy to book on site. Food was delicious and fast (no waiting in line with star class) easy to use app to book reservations/check daily activities. Check in was a breeze and room service was a hit for the kids 24/7.
