Staff were very helpful and service was excellent throughout our whole stay. It really does feel like paradise, the perfect place to unwind as a family. Kids especially love the kids facilities here!

Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Resort is perfect for my fmly. Luxury clean private beach just what we needed. And kids love the kids club activities so much.

We had a wonderful time at Anantara Resort. Thanks for everything, from front of house to F&B, housekeeping. Everything was splendid! Definitely will return for the next retreat.

Spa was great, service was great. Food service is to long, takes about one hour to get food at the pool and restaurant.

The sink was cloaked the entire time when we arrived and despite multiple calls, no one came to fix it or rather, no one informed us that this can't be fixed. The shower temperature is inconsistent and turns hot and cold in seconds so it 's very hard to shower my little girl without her constantly screaming it 's hot or cold. There 's a bee in the room which I called to ask for assistance and again, no one came to help. It 's definitely not worth the steep price I paid for.

Very nice and customer centric place. Nicely greeted by hotel staff during check in and was served towels and refreshing drink. Waiting area for check in has a really nice view! There are also a list of complimentary activities provided by the hotel. Love the direct beach access as well! Food is great and breakfast spread was decent! Highly recommended for short getaways!

Very nice resort that makes you think you are not in Malaysia, its the kind of Bali feel I can imagine. Tranquility and relaxing environment. The rooms and resort are quite well maintained.

It 's beyond our expectation! Thank you for the great hospitality. We had a pleasant stay in Anantara. My kids enjoyed the pool, kids club & the beach! Good breakfast spread, spacious room & awesome view. We received complimentary tix to Desaru Coast Waterpark too. The staffs were helpful & friendly. Surely will come back!

Providing very good services by the staff and the room and environment are awesome. Definitely will back again.

Good place to bring the kids to. There is kid 's club where the kids can play while waiting for the sun to set before heading to the beach. Check in is a bit disappointing. Only managed to get the room after 4PM. Not much option for food after-hours, only room dine in is available. So be prepared to stock up some snacks in case your stomach is growling at the wee hours.

This is such a beautiful resort! We stayed in the deluxe sea view room and it was a very good size and came with a spacious balcony too. Service was excellent! Would return and highly recommend. A few areas I thought could be better: 1. Food OK but not great. 2. Poor internet-especially at balcony/bathroom. 3. Small gap, the size of a small iPhone, at the bottom of balcony window, is something parents want to keep their kids away from.

Love the hotel! Everything is so good except for the breakfast. Can add more varieties.

We had a fantastic stay! Security is tight at guardhouse which I really appreciate. We're invited to sit at sofa by the pool with welcome drink and cool towel. Check in process is was done by the friendly staff at the poolside. We booked 2 rooms and both room condition are great. Love the big balcony with beautiful sea view. The bathroom is big and detailed in terms of user experience. Breakfast buffet spread is great, fresh and delicious. Not to forget beautiful sunrise on the second day of our stay. Overall a relaxing and comfortable stay experience.

the check in was great, helpful staff named hazami help us a lot the rooms are fabulous.. the deluxe room sea view quite big for 2 breakfast got many choices the staff from check in to check out was excellent the beach is nearby but the waves bit dangerous to children for sure will come back here

First time stay at Anantara brand hotel, not sure is there any different class of service, maybe if you looked rich then you can get a better service? Hmmm, first and last time. Hotel is great, but service not up to my expectation.
