J'avais effectué une réservation non remboursable pour deux nuits. En raison des conditions météorologiques à Bucarest, mon vol au départ de Paris a été annulé. J'ai demandé à l'hôtel de reporter ma réservation, mais ils ont refusé. C'est la première fois qu'un hôtel aussi réputé ne fait preuve d'aucune flexibilité.

Rooftop restaurant for breakfast very good, staff very friendly and good quality food. Some of the hotel exterior looking tired and room amenities pretty basic.

Mes voisins étaient très bruyants la première nuit jusqu’à 1h du matin! Obligé d intervenir ! Puis pas d eau chaude le lendemain soir ni de savon ! Pour le reste petit déjeuner correct et literie et oreiller au top

This lovely hotel boasts two amazing restaurants and a rooftop bar with excellent views. The staff is friendly, and the location is great. However, the only downside is the lift. It’s incredibly slow, and I once got suspended inside, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, it’s a great hotel.

El hotel está muy bien, tanto servicios como las habitaciones. Tienen 10 plazas de parking en a pie de calle que va muy bien si llevas coche. Está retirado del centro para ir andando pero un Uber cuesta 4 euros.

Uygun olduğunda konakladığım bir otel Ancak, daha önce tedarik edilen diş fırçası, kulak temizleme pamuğu v.b. gibi hizmetler odadan kaldırılmış, resepsiyondan istenmesi gerekiyor. Otel terliği verilmiyor. Ayrıca otelin asansörlerinde bir sorun var, gereğinden uzun süre katlarda asansör bekleniyor. Ortalama 6-7 dakika. Bunun dışında şehir merkezinde güzel bir konumda yer alan, araç park sıkıntısı olmayan yeni bir otel.

Ci siamo trovati complessivamente bene, stanza silenziosa e bella vista. La pulizia giornaliera un po’ carente perché oltre a rifare il letto e sistemare qualche asciugamano, non puliscono a fondo. Definiscono la loro cucina stellata, ma la colazione è carente soprattutto per chi, come me, ha delle intolleranze e nonostante alla reception avessi chiesto del latte senza lattosio per il giorno dopo, non sono stata soddisfatta. Nel 2025 mi sembra assurdo, quindi ho pagato una colazione che non ho potuto fare. Per il resto la stanza con vista e balconcino è affascinante.

The hotel is clean and the staff are polite. Rooms are clean and a good size with quality linen. Went to the rooftop bar only to find a party had most of the bar area but thought it would be good to go on the Saturday but unfortunately it was closed to another private party which was a shame as we booked this hotel to use this bar owing to the good reviews so that ended up a waste of time.

Our room did not have the basic stuff such as towels and so on, we had to constantly ask for them.
