Great hotel, breakfast with multiple options, walkable to metro station, staff very helpful in setting up day trip.

Modern hotel, mostly occupied by tourists for short stays. Breakfast is decent, and staff was very accomodating (they had plenty of electric transformers, for instance). My only regret is that the rooms are small, and there was not enough room for the luggage.

The staff were extremely helpful with recommendations for sightseeing and advice on how to get around. The area is great and the hotel is very comfortable !

Hotel was a Hotel. Nothing over the top but met our needs and expectations.

Staff gave great advice for our 2 night stay in Santiago.

Very good location, feel safe and walkable. Walking distance to costanera center. Clean and good service.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel My first room was not great - it had a very annoying and noisy bathroom fan that could not be turned off, electrical issues (the switch had a short and you could smell burning). It was fixed, but I had to ask for a change in the room because I was not comfortable staying there with all the electrical issues, plus the light coming in the room was extremely bright and the very thin roller blind was very inadequate. The staff was efficient but very nonchalant about it. The second room was much better, it had a quieter fan that could shut off. The bathroom had some mould between the tiles but otherwise it was very clean. The AC had a leak, but there was more shade (lower room nearer to other buildings). Overall it was much better Generally the staff were professional but not warm. Breakfast was good but for other meals the restaurant food was poor Location was good - near to Costanera Center and the lift to San Cristobal hill.

Everything was as good as I expected. I like all staffs are friendly and kindness. Also there are plenty of food option like cafe, bar, restaurant.

Nicely tucked off the street, but within walking distance from everything. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The waiters at the bar could have been more attentive. Overall it was a great hotel.

Nice hotel in a great

Great location near restaurants and excellent staff. Allowed us to extend checkout time upon request. Walkable neighborhood with shopping close by.

Excellent location

The whole staff was awesome but Boris hit a home run with bases loaded on the way he make sure to understand and deliver what you want. . When I come back will stay on Ola by far.
