Yes, cockroach in room. Smelly rooms and hallways

Hotel is okay, standard, no wow factor. Rooms are clean, however room corridors have a very weird smell. The worst service from the staff. Not a single staff member is friendly in that hotel. They look at you as if you're doing them a favour. Perhaps all the staff should be sent on some training on atleast how to greet their guests and smile. Don't think we will be ever visiting this hotel again.

Ruined a dress sent for dry cleaning , make various excuses , said they will sorry it . then lied and blamed my wife saying she must have done it .Treat women like second class citizens .

The rooms are big, quiet and clean. Unique and spacious configurations for bathrooms.

Nice clean and quiet place close to city

When I tried to cancel one day out of the two days I had booked, Hotels.com said they can not reach any representative from Sayaji and Sayaji said they can not do anything as we didn't book directly with Sayaji. Please note, I had initiated this change within the dated allowed as per terms.

The hotel is beautiful , luxury in every detail ! Service is courteous and friendly , food is divine !

The luggage management and portico vehicle management are horrific. They do not have BASIC SENSE OF DISCIPLINE
