综合评分和评论 Bay Overlooking Condo With Balcony

This place started out weird from the beginning. First I was told to send scans of drivers licenses months in advance. Done. Then 2 weeks out I’m asked to upload IDs of everyone in the party (including the passports of my 2 kids) to some form they need. Ok I did that but here we go again. Surely we don’t need to do it a third time at the lobby… but yep, each individual person needed ID which caused a long line in the lobby. Ok so let’s put that down to extra security and maybe it’s a good thing. The room itself was fine, big enough for our party of 7 and solid location even with all the construction going on. But when we get into the room one of towels had mildew or some other stains all over it, gross. Elevators were also a mess, “smart elevators” that take forever, there was always a line. You also have to take 2 separate elevators to get to the valet only parking. Worst though, was the completely broken bed in one of the rooms. It literally had an entire leg missing and sagged so bad on one side that the frame was almost on the floor. We tried calling their contact number twice after the first night but couldn’t get through. When we finally reached them through email they offered us a late check out(unusable as we had plans) as compensation, after 1/3 of the occupants hadn’t slept for 2 nights. Overall a disappointing expensive stay with what could have been a really cool spot. Don’t waste your money staying here.

The location was good and the condo was pretty clean, but the lack of towels, the non working tv and the extremely low water pressure along with very limited hot water was a huge inconvenience. If these items improve the unit would definitely be a much better experience.

Well we check in the room pillow were dirty and no extra blankets bathrooms had a smell and shower had hair in it from someone else

It was great overall! Just not clean enough. We found long black hair (not belonging to anyone in our group) in few spots around the apartment. Also under the mattress in the bed we can see a thick layer of dust. Otherwise everything is great

Wonderful stay

Pros: The location is amazing! The kitchen was great. Checking in was super easy, the host was very communicative & there is a security desk before anyone can enter elevators. Very secure! Cons: washing machine didn't work which ruined our trip. The host couldn't have it repaired until our checkout date. We packed light knowing that we paid for a unit with a washer & dryer. We yried washing clothes in the kitchen sink, but that didn't work well. So, we couldn't wear out clothes. There is no early check in. All of the closet doors are leaning or barely hung, very ugly. The unit needs to be properly cleaned & painted.

We liked the area. We walked around and felt safe. Also the security system of the hotel. Concerning the room, we were disappointed to find that there was only 3 beds for 6 adults and 2 children.

The property was exactly as presented online before booking, maybe even a little better. No disappointments! The area is safe, with many options for dining, shopping, walking, exercising etc...minutes from South Beach, Coconut Grove, the airport. I will stay here again next year.

Awesome location , beautiful room Nice view!

The help we received cost us a day of vacation with wifi and other things not being active when we arrived or TV's not working. It was more stress then we planned on.

Amazing Vacation spot. I would definitely recommend this place to more people , as i do plan on coming back in a couple of months , great hospitality.

Too expensive for parking service

Die Wohnung war sehr dreckig obwphl mir es gemeldet haben ist nichts passiert. Beim Check in waren die Leute sehr unfreundlich und obwohl wir für 4 Nachte bezahlt haben wollten sie uns nach 2 Tage rauswerfen. Alles mussten wir per Mail klären weil bei der Rezeption sagte man uns sie seien nicht zuständig.

Amazing views. Clean and spacious place in a good location. We loved the hot tub and cozy space for my whole family and parents.

Almost everything was a mess! Mandatory id of both guests via email before check-in High-tech gadgets on security Three bottles of empty soap etc in bathroom , shower head old, rusted and very low. Dishwasher without cleaning pouchers No curtain in living room So many remotes on tv, way too complicated Lots and lots more, too numerous to mention Only bright spot was the cloth washer which is in great condition

Doors to balcony broken; spent one night with broken A/C. Communication via email very complicated. Fortunately, phone communication was better

Everything was absolutely perfect that made my work trip extremely enjoyable

Floors did not look like they had been mopped or cleaned.
