地點便利，但是住5了晚都沒有人來打掃倒垃圾很困擾，即使發訊息給飯店，也只獲得制式回覆，且溝通訊息均以日文回覆，未提供英語服務。 The location is convenient, but it was quite inconvenient that no one came to clean the room or take out the trash during my 5-night stay. Even after messaging the hotel, I only received automated responses, and all communication was in Japanese with no English support provided.

It would be even better if there are plugs besides the bed and the desk. Overall very good.

煮食用具狀態甚差，不適合煮食。 另外要注意房間價格，差距甚大。 相隔幾天的時間，同一房價可以1200,又可以3000

Check out time was 11am but there was a regular elevator maintenance checking for the only one elevator in the building between 10am to noon. There was only one unnoticeable notice in the lift lobby at ground floor and only in Japanese on it and no graphics. We were not the only visitors caught by it, we all need to carry the luggages and walk all the way down the stairs for check out. Are we unfortunate or something has to be done by the management?

位處市中心、與機場路途較近，且鄰近停車場，地點比較方便 酒店房間整潔，設備還齊全，2大1B都可以容納

方便，房間設施都齊全，性價比可以。

位置非常好，離天神站散步就可以到，離西鐵車站也近。幾個街區外就是百貨公司，通俗好買的品牌都有。自助入住系統普通囉嗦，可以接受。只能待在安靜地點睡覺的人要過週末則要謹慎考慮，畢竟不是住宅區，樓下也有幾個酒吧，週五週六晚的歡笑玩鬧聲音到凌晨不可避免。

In general, everything was great. However, there wasn't any water boiler left on the ground floor for two days during my three nights stay. Therefore, I could only get the hot water in the Lawson cross the street.

總共有4張雙人床可睡8個人，還有3個獨立浴室，我們一家五個人入住非常夠用，8個人入住應該也綽綽有餘，廚房有簡單餐具廚具。check in地點離住宿地點不算太遠，對面就有Lowson，附近還有AEON超市很方便。我們租車地點也是走路就到。

The check in spot is far away from the hotel itself. I need to walk to another area to check in for the room. Actually it is not a problem to walk but only with notice in advance, maybe on the app or by email from hotel. The receptionist is nice. The room is nice too. But it took me 20mins to walk in between 2 spots and my family was waiting for me to get the key which was only 6'C tonight.

地點方便，乾淨舒適，雖住宿期間遇火警鐘響，但消防員及管理人員很快便出現解決問題。唯一不便是要去另一地點check in。

This is one of the best hotels I stayed. Very spacious and it is near the stores, malls, bus and train stations.

天神駅そばの抜群な立地。 高コスパです。

청결은 아쉽지만 가격과 위치 편리함 내부 인테리어에 신경을 더 써주면 좋을 것 같은 아쉬움이 있음

近くのお店は多くて便利。部屋が若干狭いが都心なら致し方なし。
