Great hotel, close to Tsukuba train station, best breakfast ever!

very good customer service from hotel. front desk staff (arakawa san) was cordial and helpful. happy hour free drink/beer was a big plus.

Good location. Close to station, grocery and restaurants. Nice and cosy hotel at reasonable price.

Very safe and convenient.

Staff is very friendly and patience when assisting us. While the hotel does not have star rated facilities, it is a great economical option as accommodation. 1 minute walk from Tsukuba Express Misato-chou station. From Misato-chou station can easily get to Akihabara station to transit to other route (including monorail to Haneda).

Breakfast was very delicious.

Estaba muy cerca de la estacion la cual aun siendo pequeña, conectaba con varios puntos importantes de la ciudad. La propiedad estaba limpia y bien cuidada, el desayuno era variado, habia maquinas expendedoras y las lavadoras y secadoras funcionaban bien.

きれいだし、スタッフさんも丁寧で良かった
