房不大但夠用 頂樓休閒區好正

Easy to find, about 6-7 mins from station to the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room design is good, esp the adjustable bed and projector. And finally the breakfast was really outstanding, highly recommended experience.

距離JR車站算近，不過附近是居酒屋街，星期五星期六晚上會有很多喝醉的人，有點可怕。 裝潢很新，房間有點偏小，一個人住應該可以，兩個人住就有點太擠了，行李箱很難攤開。 員工似乎都是多位隨機輪班的，態度非常親切，早餐也很不錯，只可惜房間真的是太小了。

房間特別，床是可調校式，抬高頭部至閱讀及看電視。房間有投影電視及升降屏幕。房間雖然小，但設計上盡用空間，有足夠感。廁所及淋浴間空間也足夠。10樓有24小時咖啡及茶供應，黃昏時間大堂有免費啤酒供應。酒店地點方便，步行幾分鐘有很多食肆，購物街及火車站及地鐵站，非常方便。

早餐豐富及美味，黃昏時間有免費啤酒暢飲，而Lounge有水機、咖啡機及多款茶包選擇之外，亦有提供餐具。職員對住客態度熱情及充滿活力，雖然樓層走廊比較暗黑些，但房間燈光充足，而且比較特別配置自動升降床，沖涼房同廁所是分開的。

感覺是很不錯的飯店，有機會還要再來入住

Very brand new hotel and located in a convenient place. One direct train to Haneda airport.

even though it wasn’t in the best area, it still felt safe. it’s also close to the station and many shops which was nice. the hotel was clean and the staff was so nice and helpful.

Clean up after yourself unless you wish for the staff to come and clean your quarters daily. The trash cans are small. Recommend the breakfast package unless you plan to venture out every day. Their selection and free drinks along with the breakfast is worth it. In comparison to paying daily. Friendly staff that can understand English when needed. Lovely experience

A very good value for money hotel, maybe if they can increase choices in breakfast options? That would make it even better.

The only negative thing I encountered was that the laundry room is terrible. The two washer were filty and smelled of mold, and the dryers barely worked. So if you were planning on washing your clothes there, consider going elsewhere to do it. Otherwise the food was great, staff helpfull and the hotel is at walking distance from the train station!

10/10 the staff was amazing so kind and so helpful despite the small language barrier they always tried there best to be attentive as possible. The room was a little small for the 6 suitcases and 2 back backs so keep that in mind. The bed was okay but definitely get the breakfast included as a lot of places aren’t open early mornings and it’s delicious! Their slash fries were the BEST fries my bf and I have ever tried! Oh did I mention they had free beer from 5:30-6:30pm ?!? Yea we would get like +5 cups each to pregame our night it was great!

The location of the hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff are extremely helpful. They have a rooftop lounge that’s open 24/7 with a self serve coffee and tea. The rooms come with a projector, but you would need to log into your own streaming service account to view any videos. One thing to note, the hotel is situated around many host bars, however they do not bother tourists.
