离火车站不远，出行方便。入住手续快捷方便。工作人员服务周到。房间干净。

首先映入眼帘的是舒适的房间。我选择了带榻榻米和新干线景观的房间，真是美得令人窒息！早餐也是一流的，他们每天都会更新菜单，所以不会觉得单调乏味。酒店离新大阪站也很近，步行就能到（坐新干线或地下铁也很方便）。酒店也靠近罗森百货，酒店的每个角落都种满了美丽的鲜花，赏心悦目！

位置还行。房间空间还可以。浴室对于体型偏大的人来说太小了。除此之外，浴室也太小了。

Very near to drug store, convinient store, and the most important is only 400-500m from Shin-Osaka Station

Friendly staffs, clean room, has public bath and laundromat, location is very convenient, 5 mins walk to the station and surrounded by convenient stores, highly reckon.

The place was spacious, but the distance from shin osaka station is quite far around 10 minutes walk. We booked one room for 4 guests and there is washing machine there, really helpful. There is onsen also in this hotel.

Hotelnya tidak terlalu jauh dari shin Osaka Station, sangat bagus, fasilitas lengkap, ada onsen untuk pria dan wanita, harga terjangkau …. Fully recommended.

Love it and so big room with big bed!

The location is quite close to the metro train, 5 minutes walking. The hotel is very good, clean, spacious rooms, complete room facilities including coffee, tea and amenities.

The best hotel in Shin-Osaka. Close with Lawson and Train station. The hotel staff can speak english and always very helfull when I ask for new towels or even changed a bed cover. Very highly recommended.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in from all my 5 trips in Japan. Pretty big room size with nice facility and services. Good location, right next to Shin-Osaka Shinkansen station. The staffs can speak English. Easy check in and out process through machine. I would come stay here again next trip.

The location is excellent, as can take direct express train to Kansai airport. And the receptionist was friendly and helpful.
