位置一流，晚上舒適安靜，鄰近公園，春天時橙樹上有很多橙🍊 步行可到景區👍

It’s location is in the Santa Cruz old town. It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. The room is really spacious with free mini bar refills and apples. These treats are really rare these days!

Excelente lugar y excelente servicio

The room/ apartment was beautiful, exactly as the pictures showed. The layout was perfect and a standout was the living room and balcony view! Would definitely recommend, especially as a couple visiting for a city break.

The location was great. The staff were fantastic. The room was large and had everything we needed. The free drinks in the fridge were a bonus.

El lugar es súper acogedor, muy bien ubicado y con un balcón con vista bonita. Recomendado totalmente. Nos sentimos muy a gusto. De bienvenida ponen fruta y bebidas, además, cuentas con bata y pantuflas, así como artículos de tocador, lo que se valora totalmente. La atención es maravillosa. El desayuno con una relación calidad precio maravillosa. Súper 10 de 10.

The staff was outstanding.

El chico de recepción súper amable. La habitación para ser suite, si abres el sofá cama para un niño, te queda poco espacio para moverte. Destacar el absoluto silencio que hay, perfecto para poder descansar.

The kitchen was fully equipped. We loved the robes. The location is perfect. Close to everything.

Clean rooms, very nice staff.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! We had two rooms. One room with a hot tub. The hot tub was pleasant, clean and very nice. The room was clean but it had a bit of smell. It was not unbearable but I think it is just because the building is really old. our second room which was a standard room was much better. We liked the lay out better. Both rooms were really clean.

This hotel is amazing, the location is perfect, from the time we checked in everyone was so nice and helpful. Our room was perfect, the coffee provided was delicious, we had been traveling for a while and this hotel was just what we needed, everything was so comfortable, it was perfect.

The property was good. Located near downtown and attraction areas. Dining spots are easy to find and walk to. No parking. Communication was a poor. Hard to find when using maps or waze. No signs outside the circle or the plaza to the hotel.
