It’s location is in the Santa Cruz old town. It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. The room is really spacious with free mini bar refills and apples. These treats are really rare these days!

Have a kitchen, which is very nice and love the fact that every day the refrigerator is restocked

We loved this place! The rooms were spacious, and the location was within walking distance to almost everything. I will definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed staying in this hotel, however there were a couple of minor inconveniences that could have made it better. The TV never worked properly. The mini bar, although included was barely stocked with water which is what was of utmost importance, with extremely hot temperatures outdoors. Breakfast was available at an additional charge at the nearby sister hotel. The suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. The location was great, but insist taxi drivers drive to plaza Alfaro (right in front of hotel) not Santa Cruz, which is a few blocks away. It had a well stocked mini kitchen with microwave and two burners. We would stay here again. Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Sevilla is a beautiful city with warm, welcoming people.

The Suites Murillo Plaza Sta Cruz is located very conveniently next to pedestrian streets in the heart of the historic area. Very easy access to the Cathedral and Real Alcázar. Staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly with answering questions and reserving transportation to and from the airport!

La suite es hermosa, la atención muy buena, todos muy amables. Esta cerca de la Catedral y del Alcázar. Muy recomendable, me habría gustado quedarme más días.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here. When we booked the trip, we had booked a standard suite. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgraded suite with a living room, private balcony, mini bar, kitchenette, etc. It was such a nice surprise! We had a wonderful time being able to sit on the deck and watch as tour groups walked by (and even took photos of the beautiful building)! The location was great, right next to the gardens and in the hear of the barrio Santa Cruz. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. They helped us reserve a taxi to the airport which was extremely easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Next to the park. Near historical and cultural locations.

The only person that was helpful was the maid and a woman that we are not allowed to name by hotels.com. She tried fixing all our issues. The two men that worked the front desk were useless in every way. The maids were outstanding. They gave us a coupon for a drink. The bartender was furious we had them and said it’s small and I will only give you a half glass. The beer is .50 euros for a can. This hotel did everything it could to give the gringo experience. We would never come back to this chain.
