Excellent location, service, and ammenities and very kind staff. Just be aware of the church bell right next to the hotel. Would stay again for sure!

Loved our stay! Staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location to check out sites, shop, and access trains. 10/10 would recommend!

Pleasant surprise throughout the stay, right from the check in all the way to check out. Staffs are amazingly friendly and accommodating. Hotel's location is like second to none with the river behind and very cute street full of shops and eatery just within couple minute walk out of the gate. Breakfast was also amazing. It says four star hotel but easily one of the better ones in the category.

The property is quiet, extremely clean, and convenient to everything. The front desk staff on both check-in and check-out were very nice, helpful, and pleasant. We only stayed two nights, but when I come back to Lyon I will definitely book here.

Bonne première impression globale mais le frigo ne marchait presque pas donc après ouverture de la bouteille de champagne nous ne l avons pas consommé en accord avec la réceptionniste elle nous accorde un geste commercial qui au départ nous allions la régler mauvaise surprise la facture a été débitée plus l évier bouché pas possible de faire sa toilette correctement leur réponse à oui désolé Relationnel client pas à la hauteur et aucun geste commercial dommage car l établissement est beau et calme

Check in was great. Staff polite and helpful. Room was ok for one night stay. Room was clean over all with a few exceptions; hairball on carpet and few towels and some colour stains . Washroom had basic amenities. Expected a little more for the price.

The property is wonderful. The rooms are well appointed. The staff is wonderful and really helpful and kind. The location is wonderful. I think it’s unfortunate they charge extra for early check in when the room is available. The positives far outweigh the negative I noted above. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

欧州にはこうした古い石造りの建物にモダンな設備を入れて改修したポテルがありますが、そのカテゴリーの中でも優秀でした。唯一知らなければならないのは駐車場がなく（この辺のホテルはみんなそう）車を持ち込むと苦労します。スタッフ最高でした。今回利用できなかったけど付属のレストランは高評価で外からの方がたくさん利用しているようでした。

I loved that the hotel was modern while being in an old building. The rooms were comfortable, and I appreciated the L’Occitane products in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive. In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent. It’s minutes away from shopping, dining, and you can take a lovely stroll along the river, which is also close by.
