Excellent location w shops and cafe. Helpful and response reception. Spacious apartments.

位置很棒，附近不論是用餐，購物，景點都很近。唯一的缺點是沒有24小時的reception。

Everything was great with the apartment. Location was excellent, the apartment was clean. The only downside was the lack of luggage storage, since we got there early and it was hard for us to get someone to help us with the issue.

テラスのある部屋に滞在しました。テラスの椅子も綺麗に清掃されていて部屋内同様気持ちよく過ごすことができました。またチェックアウト後も荷物も安心して預けられました。

The property had charm however looked nothing quite like the photos online. The room was extremely small and had no view of the city whatsoever. I requested the room with a balcony but only got a small Juliet balcony. The hallways were so narrow that we had to go one at a time and the other had to wait while we open the door each time. The hotel was clean but not as high end as it looked in the photos. It was very quiet neighborhood so good for those that appreciate that but overall I would take a generic hotel over this any day of the week. I don’t mean to be harsh but rather want an authentic review for the people at we were a little underwhelmed with this property

Everything is excellent, except that during the very very quiet night， you can hear the intermittent sound made by the plumbing tube and the wall. The vibration sound created by the plumbing at about 20 sec interval. It is a very subtle sound, it bother me but not my wife. It took me an extra 5 min to fell into sleep. Two of my daughters said it is the 2nd best hotel they ever had. They rate Shargrilla the top. I will come back again for sure if i ever needed to.

El personal es muy amable. El área donde está ubicado es de fácil acceso a la mayoría de las zonas turísticas de Barcelona. El apartamento es muy cómodo, solo que las duchas son muy pequeñas y el aire de la segunda habitación no se sentía muy frío. En lo personal tiene buena ubicación y comodidad.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. There was a lot of room for our 3 teens and us. The rooms were clean, modern and very well kept. Melisa, the manager who ran the front desk was amazing!! She was helpful and organized. Would definitely go back again.

Perfect location for exploring the city. The front desk staff were very helpful and making recommendations. So many shops and restaurants right out your front door. Lots of historical sites and transportation right at the front door. Barcelona is a fabulous Cosmopolitan city.
