朝食の種類が多くて飽きることはなかったです。またオムレツをその場で焼いてくれるサービスは、暖かいものを食べれて良かったです。 部屋は清潔で満足しています。 スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で、気持ちよく滞在することができました。

El hotel es en todos los sentidos excepcional: Aparcamiento gratis, habitación acogedora, grande y limpia. Desayuno variado y muy rico. Pero lo mejor han sido las personas, tanto en recepción como camareros, sobre todo los del desayuno. No se puede hacer mejor.

Very good place to stay I really recommend , beautiful view

The view of the lake was magnificent. However, although there was a hotel terrace overlooking the lake, it was very bare - not a plant in sight. Very unloved and the staff didn’t seem to be very enthusiastic. One waiter threw the bottletop from a beer bottle over the wall onto the lake shoreline every time he served a beer😳. There was some small building works and a waiter was pushing the wheelbarrow to help, and they then tipped the dirt rubble over the wall onto the side of the lake! No care for the environment. Our room was large but very basic and old fashioned. On the plus side, reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Otel odası temiz ve konforluydu. Sahur daki kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve güzeldi. Akşam iftar yemeği fiks menü olması iyi olmadı. Van a gidip her akşam Adana kebap yemek zorunda kaldık. Menü de hiç Van yöresel yemeği yoktu.
