Great ambience and views!

Liked that it was adults only but thought they would have some more activities for us. They had a DJ but it stopped at 6pm on a Saturday. However the hot tub wasn’t working and the staff was a little rude when we asked about it. Also went to the pool bar and ordered drinks. There was not a lot of people there and they forgot our drinks. Getting to the beach was kind of a journey too.

Best hotel in Vallarta for adults that are passing through or looking to stay several days. Clean rooms, Netflix, great internet. The pool is amazing and so is the food. It’s a gem in vallarta

This is a very well put together Hotel situated in a wonderful area in Puerto Vallarta. The staff especially Erasmo was too great. This was an excellent choice and being an Expedia member I really finally felt that my membership actually meant something. Great job Darrell

Definitely a great experience and will be booking again! Easy to access pool area and was clean as well.

Hotel Mio was nice. Some of the staff was OK but the other half had terrible customer service. The food was trash and the location was horrible.

The staff was nice from beginning to end! Breakfast way great every single day!

I love staying at this hotel. The staff are great. The rooms are spacious. The pool area is very relaxing.The buffet was good. My only complaint is that the pool was missing some tiles as you entered the pool by the hot tub. I would have also preferred the pool to be less heated.

Loved it!!

The area was nice because it was out of the main city but still walkable to good restaurants. The staff was inconsistent with their service and ridiculously slow to do anything - although this is compared to what I’m used to in Toronto.

Very accommodating. Great roof top pool with beautiful views.
