The resort was fantastic . The staff was even better . I would recommend this to anyone looking to relax in Cabo .

Amazing

The room was amazing. The resort was beautiful and the service was excellent. Andres and Carlos were very attentive and helpful with everything we needed.

(5.5 out of 5 if that were possible) An absolutely exceptional stay. The staff were lighthearted, genuinely friendly, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The architecture and layout of the hotel are stunning, with a design that constantly makes you feel as though you’re in a private, secluded retreat. The spa is, without question, the most incredible spa I’ve ever experienced, paired with consistently outstanding service throughout the property. The constant concierge presence made everything effortless. The beaches are beautiful and very private, with striking rock formations that make the setting feel truly special. There are also thoughtful, memorable details throughout the experience—some of my favorites were delightful surprises I won’t spoil here. Simply put, this hotel sets a new standard. Truly unforgettable.

Excellent upscale resort

Excellent room and facilities. The grounds are beautiful. Service is excellent. And only 25 min from the airport, in San Jose Del Cabo. We had a wonderful few days away as a couple. I liked it better than Cabo. Be aware, the spa is amazing but very pricey- as in for 90 min couples massage was nearly 50% higher in price than in the states. That said, the spa was beautiful and the service amazing- just expect to pay more

From the pickup in the private car at the airport to the surprise vow renewal, planned by the F&B staff, Zadun was a 500 out of 10! Carlos, Edgar, Crystian, and about 10 other amazing staff made our stay in Residence 14(with 3 other couples as our guests for a week) unforgettable. Only property will we use in Mexico

From the beginning, it was absolutely amazing. I chose to get an airport transportation through the hotel. Everything was seamless and as described. I was picked up in the suburban and dropped off in a navigator. Both trucks were pristine and very clean. Both drivers were very friendly and informative, and answered all the questions that I had. Once at the hotel, I was greeted and lead to check in by my daytime Tosoani/butler Guillermo, at check in someone was waiting there to make a drink of my preference and then I checked in. Everyone was so friendly and happy to see you there. I was then hand-delivered to spa staff whom presented me with a gift certificate for 2 hours of hydrotherapy. After that, I was escorted to my room by golf cart and once there I was shown around the entire room and shown how everything works. Everything was explained in detail and perfectly. My nighttime Tosoani, Diego introduced himself and made himself available to me throughout the night if I needed anything. Both Tosoani's communicate by text message, which makes everything very simple and easy. They set me up with dinner, reservations, a private dinner on the beach, and also suggested their recommendations for excursions off the resort grounds. As a solo traveler, I felt very taken care of and very safe the entire time. The entire staff made me feel seen and important. I went during off-season (Aug), so there weren't a lot of guest there, which was perfect. I'd definitely go back again.

Excellent stay. Beautiful room, beautiful property, attentive staff. Gorgeous spa. Golf next door. Great car service. Short distance away is Acre and Flora Farms for great farm to table food. Well worth the cost.

My day was very nice. Everyone was really helpful. My butlers Mario and Rodrigo took very good care of me. It was a very large resort and everything seemed pretty new. The room smelled really good when you walked in it was very spacious and comfortable. The only downside was, it was not all inclusive, and there were a lot of things that you had to pay extra for but the peace and quiet was worth all the money.

The food options were great, bought food to the room for convenience. The ambiance, the crew, the entire experience was amazing. Very relaxing and beautiful views of the ocean.
