Positives. The people are very nice and helpful. They'll call you a cab if asked, they greet you warmly when you arrive or leave, etc. And the rooms are nice and clean. However, the rooms are also VERY small. Also, the entry system is weird. You have to use your room key to get through the front door into the main lobby. Well, when we were checking in, we didn't obviously didn't have a key yet. And there was nobody at the front desk. So, we were stuck standing on the sidewalk waiting for a solid 10 minutes. But you can't beat the location. Moderate walking distance to all the major attractions. If you drew a triangle between the Colosseum/Forum, Vatican/St. Peter's, and the Trevi Fountain/Spanish Steps, then Hotel Scenario would be in the middle of that triangle. Almost in the shadow of the Pantheon. On the balance of the pros and cons, I give Hotel Scenario a thumbs up.

beautiful design! every detail was so well thought out. great breakfast as well. i am an architect and so much appreciate great design and was blown away!

The staff were great, I only knocked of a star because the sound proofing in the room was poor. They did offer a complimentary breakfast but it wasn't enjoyable. Housekeeping made the bed while we were out but they didnt change the bedding. The location was ideal, perfect for walking to all major locations with lots of good places to eat near by.

What a pleasant surprise. Large room and bathroom. Comfy bed and very close to all the major attractions. Really enjoyed our stay. The staff is amazing.

Great place to stay if visiting the main tourist attractions such as the Vatican City, Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, amongst other attractions. All great walking distance especially the Pantheon. Trevi Fountain and most of Rome is getting a rebuild/refurb, so be warned before going to Rome. If you’re travelling between Friday and Monday, good to stay in this hotel, but because we stayed 7 days, between Monday and Friday mornings, we noticed we were woken up early around 6am due to a hotel nearby being renovated. The receptionist was aware and apologised but we just wanted to let others know if you want to sleep in later. The hotel has 4 floors and a very small lift, so be mindful if you’re a wheelchair user as the accessibility of getting in the lift maybe limited. Maximum of 2 persons in the lift at anytime, so if you are claustrophobic then take the stairs. Bed size is great, I believe we had a super king size bed. Big bathroom with a walk in shower, the only down side is the bathroom gets super steamy even with the fan on, best to leave the slidey door open and open the bedroom windows. Housekeeping is available daily, but if you don’t want housekeeping you need to input the card inside the room and put the Do Not Disturb button on, otherwise if you don’t input the card the DND button doesn’t work. Overall great stay and comfy bed with extra pillows, hot showers, hotel provides towels, slippers and toiletries apart from toothbrush and toothpaste.

The staff was super nice and accommodating and the pantheon 🏛️ was so close as well as other places to eat and see. Terrific location! The rooms are cute too.

Very clean and the staff is amazing

The hotel is on a quiet safe/secluded street close to everything - the staff is amazing and always available. I look forward to staying there again next time we are in Rome

Amazing location with walking distance to any of the major sites within 25 minutes or less. It was extremely clean and all of the staff were exceedingly helpful.

If I could give 6 stars on 5 I would !!! This stay was amazing, very clean, the service was impeccable, the staff was very helpful, the location is perfect, its walking distance to a lot of attraction. I would return to this hotel anytime whenever i’m in Rome !

Small number of rooms and comfortable place to stay.

Boutique on alley ,alley dark and dirty,

The room was in a bit of a bad state, with the bathroom having significant damage and needing a paint. Poor breakfast.

The location and design are great but the hotel is in need of maintenance and deep cleaning.

The hotel was in an excellent location for visiting all the major sites in Rome. It was also convenient for restaurants cafes and shopping. Our room was very comfortable and I liked the modern style.

A nice comfy quiet room with modern muted style. A bit deserted because of covid-19. Also location is pretty great for walking to the all the cool sites.

Amazing

Walking distance to all attractions, especially the pantheon and piazza navona. Room was very clean and modern. The steam room and sauna downstairs are perfect after a long day exploring the city. Staff were very friendly and I couldnt fault any aspect of our stay, we will be staying here again on our next visit to Rome.

We only stayed one night during a layover on our honeymoon. The front desk agent who worked the evening shift was excellent. The room although small was stunning. The place is filled with great touches of design everywhere. The downstairs spa was magical.
