Room a bit small but good location nhv

Our room was ready though we were early. All the staff was super friendly. The hotel was a boutique hotel and didn't have a restaurant but was near several and metro was around the corner. The rooms were very updated and we had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Never heard any other guests. It was super quiet. Rooftop lounge provided great views!

Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, excellent location. Frony desk inadequately staffed- guests often waiting for help, we waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in- shower drain was clogged. Construction adjacent to building during business hours in June ‘25.

Amazing hotel, great location, within walking distance to the Eiffel tower,. Staff speaks English and was extremely helpful especially when you ask them where you should go. Highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Paris

Small boutique hotel with outstanding personal service

Jeremy, the manager, was excellent. Anticipated our needs and made sure we were happy. Rooms are small but there is air conditioning and an elevator. Roof deck with view of the Eiffel Tower.

Ótima experiência, o hotel aparenta ter sido renovado recentemente, as instalação são novas e boas. Toda equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa! A localização é excelente, muito próxima a Torre Eiffel e também com fácil acesso a transporte público. A região é muito tranquila e com comodidades por perto (mercados, lojas, restaurantes e farmácia). Recomendo!

We enjoyed our stay at the Rayz. We booked a view room with a balcony. Had planned to eat breakfast on the balcony, but it rained each night and everything was wet. However, you could still enjoy the view from the table in the room. We arrived during a strike and the street below the balcony was closed off with loud music playing during the day. With the windows closed, we could barely hear anything. The breakfast was delivered and it was more food than we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower roomy. Everyone was very friendly and the location was conveinent.

Loved the rooftop and staff

We stayed at this hotel and had a very nice trip to Paris. It has a mini kitchen and there is a supermarket and a good bakery nearby. The rooftop with a view of the Eiffel Tower is also very nice. And most importantly, the staff's thoughtfulness is the number one point. The purpose of our trip was to attend my son's wedding, but due to a demonstration incident on the day of the wedding, we were almost late for the ceremony. The staff not only went out of their way to arrange a cab for us, but also guided us to the location where a cab was waiting for us, which was not available in front of the hotel. Thanks to you, we made it on time for the ceremony and were able to see our son on his wedding day. Thank you so much!

We stayed at the Rayz Eiffel during our honeymoon trip in Paris and it was incredible. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. We got the junior suite with view of the Eiffel tower and it did not disappoint. The breakfast brought directly to the room was also a major plus. The rooftop terrace also had an excellent view of the Eiffel tower. The location was great as well, very good walking distance to the tower and located near a metro stop for easy access.

The staff were particularly helpful.

Dry friendly staff. Room was very clean and inviting. Highly recommend. Close to everything and can walk to a ton of cafes and stores.

We enjoyed our 3night stay at the hotel. Our room had an Eiffel Tower view. A continental breakfast of perfect croissants and baguette with jam and butter was delivered to our room in the morning. A highlight was the rooftop seating area to enjoy a sunset glass of wine and wonderful views of Paris. We loved the convenient location near Rue Cler and easy access to the metro. I recommend this boutique hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Everyone was super nice. Breakfast was to be served at 8:30 in our room. I had to go down at 9:10 to see where it was. It then came in 3 minutes. After a full day out- when we returned to our room at 9 pm- we had no towels. No one was at the desk so we had to call, Also only 2 outlets were working in our room and tv did not work. We did not report until 2nd night. It turned out a circuit breaker needed to be flipped. Very nice about getting things working. Again- very friendly staff. Great location for the Eiffel Tower!

Great stay! Conveniently located in the city just a few short blocks to the Eiffel Tower, and 1 block to the metro. The staff were kind and helpful! Being able to check in early and/or hold on to bags was so helpful for travelers with varying arrival/departure times.
