Absolutely fantastic experience. I've been to many hotels around Trabzon and this was simply the best. The suite was very clean, modern, had all kinds of useful amenities, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Abu Anas for his great hospitality and his eagerness to accommodate our every need. They accidentally slightly overcharged us and he went out of his way to let us know and was adamant about giving us a cash refund. Absolutely class act. 10/10 stay.

Very nice stay! Mustafa took great care of us. Clean and comfortable. Walls were a little thin and could hear guests next to us but other than that all was perfect.

This place is wonderful, super clean, well maintained, on walking distance to the river as well as lake and very near to all attractions in the town. I stayed here for four pleasent nights. The hotel host Mr Mustafa has been making some extra real difference, as he is very kind, trusted welcoming and generous. We searched all hotels and accomodations in Uzungol town looking for high quality within acceptable price, this place was found the best.

The property was very great specially Mr. Mustafa he was so friendly and helpful. I really recommend it 👍.

Otel uzungölün daha sakin olan arka kısmında bulunuyor. Her şey çok yeni ve güzel. Mustafa bey bizi çok güzel karşıladı ve odamıza kadar eşlik etti. Otel yepyeni ve tertemiz. Ailecek gidip gönül rahatlığı ile kalabileceğiniz bir yer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

I recommend Kibar Hotel to everyone going to Uzungöl. First of all it’s very clean. Rooms are also well furnished, very well made. But on top of all that, you’ll be greeted by the owner, Mustafa Bey, who’s one of the kindest human beings I met!

View was good, staff speaking Arabic, no water in room, had to request Cups, Elevator was not working, overall room is good

Otelin Konumu Bakımından Uygun Konum Verilmemiş iki saat oteli aradık birde ne otel telefonlarına ulaşılabiliyor nede doğru dürüst bir muhatap bulabiliyorsunuz.. Otelde Kahvaltı Yoktu. Odalarda Çöp atacak çöp kutusu bile yoktu. Sabah Anahtarı bıracak olduğumuz resepsiyonist saat 10:30 da anca gelebildi. Bir taha tercih edermiyim etmem kesinlikle.
