Clean and spacious room. Well equipped with kitchen utensils which facilitated in preparing our own meal.

Excellent hotel apartment for visiting Bilbao. Very clean, comfortable, and well located. Good linens and spacious bathroom. We would have enjoyed a few more shelves or drawers to put clothing but otherwise perfect. Well maintained and modern. Close to the main sites.

Super ophold, meget rent, stille, ligger kort afstand fra alt, bus lige rundt om hjørnet. Hjælpsommer personale, alt fungerede. Anbefaler vinbaren Gastronomía Bilbao kort fra Hotellet, lækker mad, vine, god betjening, levende musik.

Room was in a good location, very clean and staff friendly. I just wish we had daily cleaning.

Alles echt perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in der tollen Stadt Bilbao. Standord, Freundlichkeit und die Suite war hervorragend. Einen Punkt Abzug gibts für die Sicht aus beiden Fenstern in einen sehr unschönen Hinterhof zum Nachbargebäuden Trotzdem: unbedingt Empfehlung!

Last minute pick when other hotel cancelled, but turned out to be a much better option. Ignore the fact it’s across the river, it’s only a few minutes easy walk over the pedestrian bridge from all the action. Fourth floor room had a little noise from the bars in the street, but it cut out quite abruptly at some point before midnight.

This apartment was fantastic. An excellent location, within walking distance to the Guggenheim and other attractions downtown. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were very friendly and helping. We will look for these apartments elsewhere when we travel!

Superbly equipped studios right in the heart of Bilbao (15 minutes walk from the Guggenheim) and close to the old town. Parking was available at the property which was ideal. Great value for money and we would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed having the W/D unit and kitchen. The staff was helpful in explaining procedures for my late arrival (and how to operate the W/D!). The hotel felt like home.

Great location - Zubizuri bridge is right around the block, 10 min walk from Guggenheim and Moyúa, 20 min walk from Casco Viejo Check-in time is slightly inconvenient with front desk being out between 1-4pm. Otherwise, check-in was quick an simple and staff was very friendly and helpful. Private parking fee is expensive but is worthwhile given the convenience. Cute studio apartment - kitchenette is not as well-equipped as other apartment hotels we've stayed at, but offers ample bathroom counter space!
