Hyatt Dharamshala is a great property in the middle of pine forest . This is a very good mountain hotel . Nice and courteas staff

The only drawback of this place is access, as the road is very narrow and there's a lot of traffic. However, the moment you enter the property, you forget it.

All the staff have been amazing, the food in the restaurant is really nice. I asked for a room upgrade and late check out which I got. I would definitely come here again

Very accommodating, attentive and helpful staff. Beautiful facilities. Very close to tushita meditation center, vipassana meditation center, Dharmakoot, and McLeodganj. Dharmakoot is a really cool experience.

Woke up for the 7am Yoga session, waited 20mins and there was a no show by the instructor. Although the instructor later had said they were there in time. Very disappointing.

This hotel was conveniently located near the Tsuglagkhang Temple.

This hotel was exceptional, from the beautiful rooms to the service and ambiance. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and attentive, starting with the Front Desk Manager, Vishal Dhande, who was terrific and attentive throughout our stay which made our whole trip memorable. Plus, the chef Pankaj was extremely helpful in accommodating my gluten allergies. Overall a 5 Star plus experience and I recommend this hotel highly

Excellent property and excellent staff across the board. The Thym kitchen staff - especially our attendant Sahil was the really considerate and amazing. Food was delicious. Rooms are wonderful. Grounds are very pretty. nature hike with Tarsem was phenomenal- all complimentary. Yoga teacher also great. Receptionist staff go out of their way to help. And the shuttle service drivers were good too. Highly recommend this place - only true 5 star in the area . Loved it! Thank you Hyatt!

The property and the management is world class. I would like to call out Tarang at the lobby desk, he is extremely caring, very hospitable guy. he went out of his way to help me with a personal medical situation I was addressing. The lobby manager Anurag too was very helpful. Folks are very hospitable, the bartender Vinay is a great guy too. The music room with live room adds more charm to the property. Fully stocked bar.. A must visit place.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff and great buffet options in breakfast and dinner, evening entertainment was wonderful! We loved the spa, pool and theatre room. Will come back again. Our AC stopped working on 3rd night of our stay they upgraded us to other room at 11pm.

Great place to spend a few days in the mountains. Staff was very helpful.
