Good location

We loved how helpfull and attentive staff was, the lobby food is above average for the hotel. Rooms are ok but some floors are smoking floors and sometimes even in non smoking rooms certain people decide to smoke (it's insanely important part of the culture). Unfortunately, the room had one of the worst matresses we experienced in 5 star hotels across 80 countries. And heads up for the possible noise, from Siddharta lounge, it can happen as it's inside of the hotel. On the other hand their restaurant on the 12th floor is absolutely worth to visit.

This was a ritzy Hilton in Amman. The staff were impeccable in their service. I highly recommend this hotel.

overall good, management with an attitude in simple words. I was disappointed by the failed customer services. although it wasn't totally bad but the amount of time wasted wasn't called for.

Great location and safe area to stay & explore although everyone drives everywhere. Would have scored hotel and staff as excellent but facilities just needed a little tlc here and there, and a couple members of staff could have been slightly more helpful. However overall would recommend.

Service was excellent. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and cold air-conditioning.

The hotel is outdated. When you enter to the room, the AC panel is very old and you cannot even regulate the temperature. The Hiltopn must upgrade the termostate in each room. The standing light is old and overall you feel the hallway in each floor needs to be updated. Breakfast is fine. The lobby staff are not too friendly, they do not smile, they are not pleasant like other hotels. Most of staff cannot understand simple English, Even a word!!

Great all around, shout to out to Ramy at the restaurant, Mohanad reception, Waseem valet and everyone we came in contact with including security. All staff were very pleasant, respectful, kind and professional. Thank staff Hilton Shmaisany for making our trip pleasant in a clean and well kept place. Service was great.

Everyone at the Amman Hilton was exceptionally courteous and helpful. One minor issue, the attendant insisted on taking the electrical appliances my sister had and returned it broken. Did not return it to the room and we had to request it back and when we picked it up, she found out later that it was broken. One employee asked about the appliance when he saw it in the garbage and said he'll check with his manager. Did not hear back from him or his manager. I do not want any financial compensation, but if you insist on evaluating personal items even though you are told that we have electrical converters and it ends up broken in your possession you should acknowledge the fact. That was the only negative incident and it did not have to happen. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable and we will choose Amman Hilton for our next visit.

This was one of the best Hilton property i have visited thus far. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, respectful and made me feel taken care of. I would go back to this hotel when i visit Amman again.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and was consistently disappointed. The room was outdated and lacked basic amenities expected from a 5-star hotel. The telephone in my room wasn’t working — I reported it to the front desk, but no one came to fix it. I had to fiddle with the cord myself just to get it working. The staff were not particularly friendly or accommodating. My family visited me at the hotel, and while we were taking pictures in the lobby, we were told only guests are allowed to take photos — a very strange and off-putting policy. Another unpleasant incident occurred at check-in when the staff insisted on inspecting my hair straightener. They claimed I couldn’t use it because the wire was slightly bent, and only returned it after I signed a waiver, following a back-and-forth conversation over the phone. Ordering food to the hotel was also inconsistent. I ordered from Talabat, and although it was prepaid, the front desk refused to send it up to my room. Yet on another day, a different staff member offered to bring my order upstairs. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told that delivery to the room is allowed unless the order is unpaid — which contradicted my earlier experience. Overall, this was far from the level of service and comfort I expected. I highly recommend spending a little more and staying at the Ritz-Carlton nearby — it’s worth it. I regretted my choice almost daily during my stay.
