房间感觉有点旧，还有点异味。马桶和冰箱都很脏，而且发霉了。

我租了一间房休息，但是酒店楼上一直在进行某种钻孔和装修工程，噪音很大，白天根本无法休息。

I arrived at 4.45 pm, and the room was not ready for me. I even was asked (in Vietnamese) to book via online, which I did before I came to Vietnam. So I waited for more than 30 minutes while no one asked me to have a seat or drink for a while. The receptionist was just busy with his cell phone, and all of our communication was in Vietnamese via Google Translate. No wifi information nor minibar in the room as it 's offered to you on the website. When I text them about this, no answer at all. Please, you can do better for your guests. Imagine you had a six-hour journey for this service.
