We stayed in this hotel to see the Copa Oro final and is located at the heart of downtown with lots of options for dining within walking distance which may our stay fabulous.

Está bien ubicado y las instalaciones están lindas, solo que en la habitación se logra escuchar bastante cuando otro huésped cierra la puerta de la habitación, esto resulta incómodo

Great room

Great property, central

The hotel was 8 minutes from the baseball stadium. Also we were able to walk after dinner to have dessert at the markeplatz.

Valet service needs work on

Well maintained and staff was very helpful.

Went down to an extend mini vacation and was able to see a ball game. We were able to park our car, find good places to eat & drink.

Front desk Gentleman Jonathan was spectacular.

Property advertised that they have parking on site that was limited and they had a pool in the Jacuzzi. That was not true. It was very disappointing to find out these things. Also, the front desk clerk didn't inform us that I key cards was shut down before 11 o'clock and lock us out our room. The overall experience was OK, but it could've been better.

The location and amenities in the hotel were great. Parking was not easy, and valet was expensive.

The location was perfect and the room was very clean 👌

The hotel was fine and location was great but whoever handles the valet parking was terrible. They make you download an app and then sent messages saying our parking was expired. Then, they charged us morenthan what the hotel advertised as the parking fee. The hotel took no responsibility for the parking and did not help with issues.
