Newer hotel. Prompt staff. Good location

I had reserved a two night stay for a wedding this past weekend. When I went to check in, the hotel staff told me that I no longer had a room there, even though it had been reserved for a month. I was told they allowed someone to extend their stay, which took up my room. What's the point of reserving a room if you don't get it to begin with. The Manager wouldn't cover both nights at another hotel, so because of Marriott's mistake, I lost out on money. They are supposed to be a good chain, even a partner of the NFL as they proudly proclaim with signs, but they have horrible business and customer service.

The hotel was overbooked. I was sold a room that was not avaliable. We spent the next 10 hours trying to find a new hotel. Hotels .com needs to make it right!!!!

Very nice and clean rooms. Staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Clean, no-frills, easy-in, easy-out. Good location for visiting friends or relatives in Olathe. Black Bear Diner across the parking lot has excellent breakfast all day. Silas & Maddy's Homemade Ice Cream, a short walk away, is a must stop.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room is very clean. The room was a little small which is why I didn't rate an excellent. Nice area, easy to find.

Hotel itself was great, but they double charged me, acted like they didn't know how to refund me, and I had to fight to get them to agree with the fact that the charge was real.

Chose this hotel due to advertised restaurant and bar. Unfortunately this was false advertising. Unlit stairwells are asking for injury.
