I booked a room with two beds, was given a one bed hotel room. I was told that the app oversold and it was not their problem. No further steps were made - no comping breakfast, drinks, items from the market. The check in process was very underwhelming considering I was not given the room that I booked. Staff member was not empathetic or willing to help. Went back later that night to ask about something being comped - was given $20 breakfast vouchers, to the complimentary breakfast… The bathroom was dirty and the room smelled like urine upon entering.
