Before I reached had requested the hotel to arrange pick up. Which they immediately did and replied. They asked me all sorts of questions if we are going to share the room while the room was booked for two, whether we are the same gender or no, I had to exchange several emails with until the pick up was arranged. The sofa and the pillows in the living room were dirty it needs cleaning, There was no hairdryer and after I requested for one they brought it after two hours. One day before check out I received a breakdown of expenses requesting me to settle the bill as soon as possible as if I was going to escape. Then I received a call from the lobby asking how my stay, then I expressed my disappointment. They immediately arrived to my room asking how they can help to correct things. They apologized and they said that they will improve. Our room was junior suite 508.
