La habitación , el personal muy amable, la comida muy rica y la zona muy bonita con un mall lindo . Lo recomiendo mucho

La habitación es súper vieja, la persona del desayuno creyó que mi habitación no incluía desayuno en lugar de ella corroborar cuando le dije que si tenía desayuno me mandó a mí a recepción a “arreglar el problema”. Y el colmo es que el de recepción todavía me da la tableta donde estaba la comanda para que yo se la regresara a su compañera en lugar de disculparse y por supuesto llevar ellos sus cosas. Jamás me había pasado eso en ningún hotel

La habitación bien y la gente muy servicial. Me molestó un problema de todo el país, no solo del Courtyard, que se aprovecharan de un evento puntual para triplicar los precios de los hoteles, esto no debería de pasar menos con los clientes recurrentes

En General todo muy bien!

The hotel is a bit run down, and according to Expedia, we had breakfast included, but the hotel said it wasn't.

Very clean. Polite staff. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I found a little annoying is the alarm light that blinks in the room.

Well located. People at the front desk and breakfast really nice and helpful. But the rooms could use a little refresh. Reminds me of the rooms in the 90´

Room was ok, carpet very old and falling apart. Need a better maintenance!

It’s a nice place to stay but this is the second time that there is no more parking at night so the car has to stay in the street and the staff specifically front desk always have an attitude like they are doing you a favor, this doesn’t happen in other hotels here.
