عند وصولي للفندق واعطاء الغندق رقم الحجز من هوتل دوت كوم غقال لي لايوجد اي حجز وتم حجز مره اخرى من قبلهم وتم خصم المبلغ مرتين وتعذر التواصل مع موقع هوتيل دوت مرم

숙소주위에 공사가 진행중. 샤워중 물이 화장실 안쪽까지 샘. 아침식사 청결함. 가격대비해서는 수준이 떨어짐. 비즈니스 모텔 급.

Nous avions pris une chambre avec 3 lits or cette chambre n’existe pas dans l’hôtel, c’est en réalité un lit pliant très inconfortable (ma copine a ressenti tous les ressorts et a très mal dormi) et 2 jours plus tard la direction lui a donné un vrai lit une place. La direction et le personnel sont gentils sauf une femme de l’accueil habillée d’une Abaya et voile noir désagréable et qui répond systématiquement «  rien n’est possible » Adressez vous aux hommes de l’accueil(celui tout en blanc avec un chapeau omanais est super gentil) et au directeur. Propreté Ok sauf en dessous des lits qui n’est jamais fait. C’est écrit que la piscine est chauffée : non.Elle est froide et petite. Petit déjeuner: le café est horrible, c’est un bocal de café soluble à dissoudre dans l’eau chaude car ils n’ont pas de machine à café, le buffet du petit déjeuner n’est pas top. Le PIRE: il y a un hôtel qui se construit juste à coté et le BRUIT DES TRAVAUX à partir de 06h00 du matin retentit dans tout notre hôtel peu importe le côté de l’immeuble où vous êtes et les travaux s’arretent Vers 19h et ils vont durer 2 ans minimum !!! Marteau,coups de masse, bruits horribles des machines ! Maux de tête, aucune grasse matinée ou réveil joyeux le matin n’a été possible pendent ma semaine de vacances ! L’hotel n’a pas de bureau d’excursion.Wifi: ok pour acceder aux pages internet mais le wifi n’est pas assez puissant et vous ne pourrez passer aucun appels FaceTime et Whatsapp.Loin de la mer où on peut marcher

Bestilte dette hotellet med tanke på nærhet til flyplassen. Rommet var trivelig og meget godt utstyrt. Gode senger. Hyggelig pris. Spiste hotellets buffet til middag. Mye god mat, men de fleste varmrettene var blitt kalde. Dette skyldtes nok at det var få gjester.

staff was the best part of the stay. They are very helpful, especially the two men working at night. Also, the Russian woman was helpful.

Lovely hotel but the surrounding area is a noisy building site , give it a year ir so and it will be great, no fault with the hotel, its just in a new development area

Room style is beautiful and swimming pool has a perfect layout

Its an okay hotel but I wouldnt give it a 4 star rating.3 stars would be more appropriate.

There was a confusion about our reservation. I booked for “multiple beds (1 double and 1 twin) apparently they didn’t have that type of room. I was also asked to pay 10OR for extra bed for having 2 kids. When in fact, the booking said sleeps 3. The overall charge was already $99 and this hotel isn’t worth it at all. Before check out at the reception, the lady manager asked me if there’s anything we ate from mini bar and I said no. As usual, they have it checked. She came back to me saying “one omani chips” w/o completing that sentence and I said no, we even left some more chips there!!! Can’t believe this lady is so naive and so annoying for not believing what I said abt not gettin from mini bar! She’s really so indifferent maybe after what happened day before expressing my concerns abt my reservation and the inconvenience. We didn’t even get any good morning from her the next day! I’ve been into many hotels in MCT & this hotel is a no!

Brand-new hotel with very good restaurant and clean, functional (actually pleasing) rooms and common areas.
