The hotel is Right downtown with good view of the city

The WiFi is fast. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Art Hotel is in the middle of downtown and close to most of the major sites. Management do very well to try and accommodate guests and we've been very pleased with the hospitality we've been shown. Its also very close to restaurants, shopping and other conveniences

Great location. Easy walking to Citadel and Rsinbow Street. Across the road from Hashem Restaurant. Great shopping area. Rooms are large. Great air conditioner. Bathroom is very old with stained tiles. Shower sprayed the bathroom. Really really noisy with constant car horns.

Breakfast was appalling. No power so there was no hot water for coffee. No explanation or apology from the staff there. Yet the staff at reception were drinking coffees they had gone out for themselves. Finally one of the guests asked for coffees for us and one of them went and got us some. Good location though and other than the breakfast it was ok

Great location

I chose to stay in this hotel in the downtown area because I wanted to checkout the local restaurants and close to the Roman Theater and the citadel. But I’m disappointed for the condition and the noise. I believe most of the hotels in downtown are generally run down and bad. For the same price range you can stay a bit further in Abdali side. Although the manager was very accommodating me to change room due to the street noise. The cars here honk constantly because there are no marking lanes on the road and you can imagine the rest.

The staff is wonderful and helpful and the decor is cool. Location very convenient for exploring downtown sights like Amphitheater and Citadel. The breakfast in the morning is not good, however, and needs to be improved.

Samir and his staff were amazing, helpful and attentive. We would highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location between the Citadel and Rainbow St. Clean, spacious, and modern room. Samir went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable.

LOVE the staff at the Art Hotel. They are so friendly and accomodating. We were given a map with all the important sites marked, so that we could make the best of our limited time in Amman. Make sure you eat at Hashem, the food is divine.

The Art Hotel is centrally located downtown, walking distance to all the main sights and local favorites - Citadel, Roman Theater, Hashem Restaurant. The hotel is modern and very comfortable and clean. The best part is the staff. They are always friendly and can help you out with day trips. I would love to return to Amman and stay at the Art Hotel again.

Fine for a few nights stay. Not many amenities in hotel, but there is a basic restaurant (didn't try it). Room was clean, bed was comfortable except it had a foam topper on it that was not attached to anything and kind of slid around during the night. Talking to others in group, seems they all had this. Very close to decent restaurant options and to historic sites.

Loved this hotel. Perfect downtown location and close to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Great breakfast and service!

Fully satisfied by all means. Mr. Samir is the front disk manager provides all kinds of help and needed information. I truly felt very friendly atmosphere like home during my stay. Dining was excellent varieties everyday.

The location and the room were nice. We utilized their airport pickup service which was very helpful. We were charged for an extra night stay rather than early check-in. All the staff were very helpful and friendly especially Front desk person Moustafa.

This was our second stay at the hotel in Amman. The location is excellent, the beds and rooms are comfortable. It was cold but they had no hair dryers.

This hotel is basic but clean. The showers were underpowered but ok. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast seemed to Running 5 minutes late. Will be there soon. out Before the allotted hour. Great location.

I made the reservations for my friend but I was in contact with him in a daily bases and he was very happy with the location, the service and the room too.
