I spent a night at this hotel, left for an overnight tour and returned to check in to another room. The smell in the room was awful, it came from the bathroom as if there was stagnant water stuck in the drains. The property should have known better than to check someone into that room. They even left a big window open so it could air out I guess. I will say that the staff at this hotel is amazing, they are the best part of the stay. When I went downstairs to inform them about the room issue, they immediately changed my room and actually upgraded it to a suite which was nice. Not a bad stay but a bad experience that was quickly fixed.

I stayed here specifically because it was walking distance to the Jett Bus office as I was headed to Wadi Rum the next morning. The hotel is nice, the staff were amazing and very helpful. My only issue was the lack of hot water. I wouldn’t have survived multiple nights.

All i can say it was a really bad experience

Sauberkeit ist null war alles schmutzig man kann absolut nicht schlafen sehr laut war in unserem Buchung frühstück dazu auf jeden Fall war kein Frühstück dabei und das Restaurant war geschlossen einfach die Finger weg

All of the people working there were incredibly helpful, slippers were provided but its a good thing they did the place was gross. I checked for bed bugs thankfully nothing. The shower had mold, there was a toilet leak, the microwave was not clean, and overall it simply wasnt comfortable being in. The 2 pillows provided were weak and the mattress was very stained. There was a futon in the room that was lopsided and we didn't venture to it just to be safe. Again truly great people english service very helpful upon request. They even gave us lunches some bread eggs and juice to go when we couldnt make breakfast. However, the photos of the room did not do it justice, it wasnt good. I am not sure how it sustains a 7.8 rating on service alone unless we just got the roughest room...

Price was good for overall experience

The property is very old and not that clean, you can see dust everywhere in tbe room

Staff is friendly and kind. They responded very quickly. I had to extend my stay for the cancellation of a flight, the staff were great about it.

Despite what it seemed like, a rundown building, the hotel was great and very quiet. Would recommend for families.

I don’t want to share my thoughts how negative they were in this not hotel, it was a mistake and will never happen again.

Bad

Fantastic location for the Jett bus station, not far walk from the Boulevard and dining options. Wonderful helpful staff. Substantial packed breakfast for those on the go. Highly recommend!

ペトラや死海へのパスターミナルに近く、スーパーマーケットもすぐ横にあり、とても便利です。朝食も充分ですし、早く出発すると言えばランチボタンにパン、水、ゆで卵を入れてくれます。 設備はシャワーが漏れてしまい、洗面所がびしょ濡れになりました。

Hotel 10 steps from the Jett bus terminal. Very well placed. Staff was friendly. Lots of convenience stores next door.

Centrally located, very helpful staff. Rooms need an upgrade but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was basic.
