Great adventure

Very interesting property - loved the star gazing - food was delicious and hotel staff was great But…property was a little dated - needed some updating and TLC (latch on room door didn’t work, windows were very dirty, floor in our room needed replacing in several spots)

What a fantastic way to start experiencing Wadi Rum. Communication from the property before the trip was easy. There is a vehicle that takes you from the parking area to the actual hotel -- this is also where you can reserve a desert excursion. (Note: cash only and there are no ATMs around.) The hotel staff is great. Check-in was easy. My "room" was clean and comfortable -- and cool, as the property had set the AC before my arrival. Great view of the desert from the bed and couch. Loved the little deck area with chairs and a hammock. Got the most use from the hammock, enjoying the desert night air under a full moon. Breakfast/dinner service was excellent. Be aware the there's little close by and once you're on-site, you're there so brings any snacks you'll want. In all: very recommended!

We understand it’s camping experience but the bubbles are rundown they need major renovations! The food buffet was mediocre, no alcohols, no pool, no fire pits, no hammock, no jaccuzi. It’s seems like they don’t want to spend the money to make it nicer even though they have potencial to make it beautiful. I would stay in another next time.

Great staff & food, rooms are a bit outdated. Disappointed considering the premium they charge and couldn’t quickly fix issues we had with our fridge & hammock.

Couldnt fault anything about this place. The communication was clear and concise as soon as i booked. You check in at the visitor centre first and its a 10 min drive to the self-parking location. From there, they drive you into the desert (every hour, on the hour). The location of the bubble hotel is peaceful and away from others. Very clean, great food and the staff were so kind and well spoken. The best part was the star gazing experience, highly recommend! You definitely get what you pay for, very happy with everything.

Great stay. Amazing accomodations. Very friendly staff. Location was incredible. It was definitely out of this world. Lots of things to do during the day and night time. Will be coming back for sure!

Stay was good, however communication with hotel before was terrible, I messaged about food (as I’m vegetarian ) and about tours and they never replied, I then booked outside and the hotel asked why I didn’t book with them. Food was good (good choice for vegetarian), the team were lovely and tour was good through hotel.

Wonderful experience- sunset jeep tour , stargazing and balloon ride all amazing- -dinner buffer was bountiful and food incredible - bubble gets cold at nite since it continuously draws in cold air - and those fuzzy robes to keep you warm- well they gave us intense itching and rash!! Otherwise the entire staff was so attentive and caring- thanks!!

Wadi Rum is just beautiful. The staff was very helpful and helped us with the tour arrangements. The whole site is starting to show some signs of wear and tear, but still is great for being in the middle of the desert. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Wonderful experience. They offer many activities in Wadi Rum such as jeep tours, camel rides and stargazing. The staff is very nice, and property is very clean. Parking is easy and you can schedule a pick-up from the parking area to the hotel.

Third time here. Love the warm welcome, comforts of the rooms, quality of the food, ease of arranging activities, quality of the stargazing, and of course the astounding location in the astonishing Wadi Rum.

The place is amazing, so surreal! We wasn't expecting the food to be good but we were so wrong, the food is amazing!

Amazing, once-in-a-lifetime, landscape. You can explore because excursions are available whenever you like - sunrise, sunset, everything in between. Stargazing is exceptional.
