Séjour horrible aucune porte de l’étage 2 de toute les ne se ferme on n’a dû changer de chambre 4 fois et nos son rester dans une chambre bloqué le réceptionniste a carrément fracturé la porte pour les récupérer vraiment à éviter. Une boîte de nuit en bas de l’hôtel

L'hotel è situato in una posizione ottima, a 10 min a piedi da Rainbow St. La struttura è complessivamente buona. Il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile, ho avuto un problema personale e sono stati davvero molto carini ad aiutarmi in ogni modo. L'unico problema riscontrato è che in camera la Wi-Fi non funziona benissimo, meglio nella Hall. Consigliatissimo anche per un soggiorno di 2 o 3 giorni.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds was comfy. It was pretty cold in Amman during our stay but the aircon heated up our room quickly. It was located in a quit street, but during night we could here the traffic. But we had earplugs and it was not a problem. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Our experience with the hotel was terrible.. the facilities in the room are pretty old.. Lightings in the room is not well-lid - dingy feel. The room is not well heated too - we are here during the winter season and it was cold at night (the remote control temperature Vs the temperature on the AC are different) instead of heating function, it gave me the cold air function! Would appreciate if the hotel management could do a major revamp to the facilities. It is located in a prime location & more guests would enjoy a nice stay if the facilities are better managed.

The hotel isn't clean. A lot of noise. The room isn't clean neither the bathroom. The staff not trained, they didn't know how to use the credit machine. They don't have heat in the room. I made the reservation via Expedia, when I got there, they told me I don't have a reservation, so I have to buy a new reservation which I lost my Expedia's discount. I was really disappointed how Expedia rated this hotel 4 stars and I don't give this hotel more than 1/2 star.

C'est honteux que Expédia "vende" avec une forte commission l'hôtel Sheperd à Amman .Cet hôtel est en travaux dans un état de délabrement et de saleté inimaginables.Le petit déjeuner se limitait à du fromage en portion du café instantané et des rondelles de salami ressortis tous les matins jusqu'à avoir du salami avarie le ménage sommairement fait et la douche en panne. Et le wifi inopérant .certes le personnel est gentil mais cet hôtel ne doit pas figurer sur les sites de réservation sérieux.ce n'est pas le cas d'expedia.plus jamais expedia pour nos vacances et celles de nos proches Groupe de touristes de retour d'Amman

its a good place if you just want a place to sleep. the hotel needs a renovation, especially the rooms. Good price for the location.

There is a disco pub running downstairs called "The Cube". They were playing music until 3:00 am. It was impossible to sleep until that time so i had to leave the hotel and return at 3:00 am I will never go back to that hotel again.
