不錯的飯店，入住時洗手間忘了放吹風機，熱水等待時間較久，須注意提早先將熱水開關打開。

Staff is so amazing and friendly. I’ll be back many more times for sure.

Pool staff Location

The hotel suited us for just one night stay following flight being cancelled. We would have chosen something closer to the city centre if we had more time to chose.

Staff to die for, from front desk to maintenance to restaurant to cleanings, they made the differences.

Not too clean

Great service and fast respond when needed anything from reception.

Very clean and friendly staff. Room had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Cleaners would come everyday even when you're not home to clean everything up. Breakfast was average but would do the job. Parking spaces available on site. Location is really good and around city centre. Highly recommend if you're going to be out and want to come back to a place to wind down.

The property is very nice, clean, the staffs are very friendly, nice & and helpful. They also have a tour guide who is very trustworthy, friendly, good person, and very kind his nama is Abdullah Al Zoubi he was our tour guide to Petra, Wadi Rum, Bethany, Jarash & Roman Theater. He also pi ked us up from the airport and dopped us off to the airport. The people we met at this Hotel are very friendly, nice, warm & kind.. i recommend this place

The most disgusting hotel apartment ever, the bed sheets full of hair, you need to ask for towels!
