床单破损，淋浴喷头生锈，冷热水淋浴都坏了。

Comfortable place to stay. Staffs are friendly. Hotel is near sm mall.

I booked this hotel because it says there is free ride to the airport. On the day of my check out, I was told there is none and I had to wait for 10AM. But my boarding time is 10:35AM. So they let me ride a tricycle with my luggage and even though it was raining, nobody even took the initiative to get a tricycle until I raised it as a concern that it was raining. I was so stressed and worried how to alight from the tricycle because it was raining, that I dropped my brand new cellphone to the ground, causing it to have scratches. The bathroom also emitted a funky smell.

For complement water is not good and entire service is nice.
