Service is excellent, the price is worthy with the view. Facilities and hygiene are satisfactory. Counter would recommend but not hard selling tours to you. The only odor problem is from the streets which is out from their control.

連住兩晚有免費接機，但還是要準備額外小費給司機(司機會跟你要)！飯店有提供美金換埃磅的服務，匯率差不多！早餐份量出乎意料的多，但我有點吃不慣就是了... 整體服務不錯，環境乾淨，設備還算新！房間簡單、廁所窄小，但以民宿來說品質算不錯了！對了，房內沒有吹風機，可能要跟櫃台借，但我不知道他們有沒有。 最大亮點：躺在床上就能看到金字塔，覺得很幸福！過個馬路就能走進世界七大奇蹟，近距離感受它的氛圍，或是站在飯店屋頂遠眺，不論是晨間、日落還是免費的夜間燈光秀，都很震撼，也相當好拍！從早看到晚都不膩啊！

ピラミッドやスフィンクスを見ながら食べる朝食が最高に気分良かったです。　部屋は普通ですが、壁などエジプト風にしてあって、雰囲気が良かったです。　交通の便が良ければ、もっと来やすくなるのにと思います。

Wir hatten zwar kurz Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, aber das wurde schnellstens repariert. Der Ausblick ist super und die Lage für Touren auch echt gut.

Hotel with exclusive view to the pyramids. Staff very helpful and polite. Basic breakfast, loved the fresh juices. The roof top is a pearl, amazing spot. The offer for lunch and dinner could use some improvements overall ok.

super location. Book a balcony room overlooking the pyramids. Good for 2 and possibly 3. Entrance to giza plateau a short walk away. Great roof deck for breakfast and dinner and other options nearby. Restaurant serves alcohol which is not the case for all hotels nearby, Safe neighborhood but lots of verndors pushing to see their shops. Just walk by and say thank you and move on.

We booked this hotel because it was near the gate to the Pyramids. The new gate opened last year and you need a car to get there. Hotel was great!

The view! The staff is very helpful and friendly. They arranged for my transportation to and from the airport and were in constant contact to ensure smooth transfers. They hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms large and comfortable and the view from the rooftop are unbeatable! I ate most of my meals at the restaurant because of the variety and delicious food and of course the view! I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Cairo.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. The view from top was great. Breakfast was really good and the staff there were very good too. Its conveniently located near the Sphinx entrance (its better to enter from the other entrance and exit from here). They have guides/tours too. Muhammad was very helpful and was able to arrange car and guide according to my needs.

It was totally adequate for the pyramids and the GEM ..Had there own hotel driver as well for any trips and the Heaven rooftop bar restaurant was one of the great views in the world so close to the pyramids..and they even offered to pick me up from the airport for free..Excellent all round experience.
