The cabinets in kitchen and both bathrooms are falling apart. The AC is on a timer and was not cooling in the bedrooms. We had ants all over the kitchen counters. The place has not had any attention in a while. Would not stay at that certain property again I’ve stayed at other Saunder properties and they have been great this one not so great.

I was sceptical at first because there were reviews about it being in a rough neighbourhood , however, that is not the case it is right beside the medical school and veterans hospital. It is a 5 minute walk to the canal street car, taking less than 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter. We had no issue walking to and from the place at night. Very clean, very quiet and amazing for the price. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a nice place to stay and I quiet place to sleep.

Great property but will need a car to get around as it is further away from French Quarter and Downtown

The pictures were exactly what the place looked like. The only reason i rated it 4 stars and not 5 is because they only provided 1 towel per person and requesting more had a 24 hr turn around time. We were there 3 nights by the 2nd night we needed more. We were informed of the turnaround time and were suggested to wash the towels instead. We did. We didn't mind but we thought we were going to have to buy detergent until we happened to realize there was some pods underneath the kitchen sink. It was helpful and made washing the towels easier but it could have been helpful to know prior to having the need arise. Otherwise the place was perfect. We'd definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment with any amenities required. Cleanliness couldn't be faulted. Felt very comfortable and had plenty of space and very secure with keypads to property and then room. Super convenient location for public transport. A few minutes walk to nearest bus stop and less than 10 minutes to railcar stop.

Very nice room. Has everyhing you need for your stay. Very quiet. Easy access to Bourbon Street. Would stay again.

The property was very nice, but New Orleans is just ghetto

Returning guest to same property. Stayed this time in larger apartment. Huge space. Very nice, clean and comfortable. Will be back again. Definitely recommend 👌

Great place to stay in New Orleans. Parking in a safe lot was a bonus.

Gerade für Sportfan eine sehr gut gelegene Wohnung in der Nähe der Stadien. Problem meiner Wohnung war die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage und das man das öffnen und schließen der Eingangstor hören könnte. Zudem wurde während des Aufenthalts die Straße neu saniert wodurch einiger Baulärm zu vernehmen war (wofür der Betreiber nichts kann).

The bed was the worst I have slept in for a long time. If comfort is important to you, I would not stay at Sonder. I ended up staying elsewhere the second night so I could sleep.

Super close to the Superdome! Only a 20 minute walk

Very spacious apartment. Perfect for a girls weekend. Plenty of room to spread your stuff to get ready. Nice location. Within walking distance to most popular attractions. I gave comfort 4 stars because the apartment has very minimal supplies.

Great place to stay for Saints games. Easy walk to the stadium and still close to the French quarter. Very comfortable and quiet apartment!

Was notified that codes were changed 15 minutes before checkin. Did not see message on my phone! Back door code box was inoperable. Had trouble getting into our room because of code change!!

Great individual property, very spacious and everything you could reasonably need. Great to have amenities taken care of. Area itself was safe, although in a bit of a run down part of town. Very close to the stadium but otherwise (as is common for most US cities) needed to get a taxi to common spots.

Absolutely fantastic! This property met all of our needs and checked all of the boxes. Management communicated with us that there was an issue with the dishwasher and provided ample supplies to offset that. The only other time we needed to communicate was for a later check out and that was done via the app and the response was instant. We're looking forward to our next stay with Sonder.

Loved how close it was to the canal st streetcar.
