It was a beautiful getaway from the crowd of city center and chill. The room design is very nice, we love it.

I stayed at Umakelod, and honestly, it didn’t feel worth it, especially during the rainy season. The outdoor bathroom design, which has no roof, made it difficult to shower or use the bathtub comfortably. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the bathtub at all. The room’s soundproofing is another issue—sounds from the neighboring room were very clear. On top of that, the property seems to need significant maintenance, as there were visible moss patches and peeling walls. On the positive side, the hot water worked well, which was a relief. The service was responsive, and the staff was helpful. However, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, which was incredibly disappointing, especially since connectivity is essential for a comfortable stay. The location is also quite challenging to access. Google Maps directed us through Tampaksiring, where the road was narrow, steep, and winding. An alternative route through Tegalalang is available, but it’s still far from most attractions or conveniences. Overall, while the concept of Umakelod is nice, it feels like they need to improve in several areas to make the stay truly enjoyable. For now, I would rate the experience 2.5 out of 5.

Suasana villa bagus, udara dingin, nyaman untuk istirahat dan bulan madu.

Saran: berikan amenities seperti sikat gigi. Hairdryer seperti hairdryer. Karena kalau gak bawa agak repot. Overall good. Thanks.

Location is strategic. Close to the places to hangout and chilling. The room spacious and clean. Bathroom so beautiful with bathtub. But minus amenities, no toiletries. Water heater doesn't work sometimes.

Lokasi cocok untuk yang mencari ketenangan, jauh dari central ubud, kamarnya bagus, hanya saja kebersihanny kurang, lantainya masih kotor, tapi selebihnya menyenangkan.

Love staying here! Suasananya asrı, tenang, dekat dengan alam, kamar dengan aksen kayunya menyenangkan! Sarapannya enak! Ada beberapa opsi: American food (favoritku), nasgor, migor dan jus buah semangka. Minusnya tim resepsionis ndak 24 jam, program channel tv banyak yang ndak bisa ditonton karena mungkin ada kendala sinyal, dan kasur terlalu empuk (selera personal untuk kasurnya ya). Terlepas dari sedikit kendala, Kalo ada kesempatan, bakal balik lagi sih 🫶

Villa yang cukup menyenangkan untuk yang ingin menghindari keramaian kota. Tempat nya sangat tenang. Vila cukup bersih.

The service is top notch. I really loved it. Beautiful location and friendly staff. Breakfast is so simple but tasty. In a walkable distance you got so many things to do.

Arah menuju ke vila cukup memacu jantung, kamar sih ok, sayang water heaternya kurang berasa, makanan saat diantar sudah dingin dan kurang variatif, ac kamar bocor, staffnya kurang teliti juga.

Recommended untuk cari penginapan yang tenang dan ga macet., tapi karena di pinggir sawah jadi banyak binatang kecil-kecil but its oke. Staff nya helpful waktu water heater sempat mati, segera diperbaiki.

Seneng banget, hotel bersih banget nyaman, view sejuk banget, pelayanan jempol 4 👍, pas nginep pas hujan tambah makin syahdu.

Water heater rusak, mandi malam dan pagi terasa sangat dingin. Sudah komplain sama staff, tapi tidak dihiraukan.
