Lovely

Well presented and reasonably clean, rooms were quiet. A tea towel would have been handy particularly as there isn't a proper draining area for crockery in the kitchen. Our main issue was our 12 year old cut her foot open on the filter in the swimming pool. Staff provided first aid but there was limited apology or responsibility taken. We were advised that the cover was loose and has since been resolved but we weren't convinced. A 4 hour wait at the walk in centre and our daughther unable to walk far meant we weren't able to do what we had planned during our stay.

The hotel should ensure housekeeping standards are improved. In particular the finer details, the room(s) were looking a little tired around the edges, in particular the bathroom. While there were some issues with housekeeping, what makes a good stay great is the way it is resolved and the attitude of the team that works front of house. In this case the hotel team member Edward was above and beyond, understanding and empathetic, not defensive and making every effort to ensure a good stay. He was the reason I reviewed the stay as excellent, his service made the difference in rating. Thank you.

Great comfortable stay

Clean apartment, extra pillows, lovely size rooms. Friendly staff, good swimming pool. would recommend😊

All the staff were very courteous, and the room was spotless. Although the TVs were not tuned in when we arrived, this was quickly resolved. We had a wonderful stay. The receptionist was professional and polite, and we would definitely stay again.

A few things re the kitchen, no plug for plug hole in sink, no tea towel or oven gloves, most saucepans missing lid. Otherwise really good and have booked to return in the new year.

Lovely, very reasonably priced. No restaurant, and the breakfast option was properly NAFF but the apartment (not a room but a whole apartment) was lovely and the pool/gym facilities were so nice it didn't really matter. Well worth at the price I paid. Cheaper than the ones in Blackpool, 5 mins down the road

Lovely space, nice staff

Fantastic Family Stay! We had an amazing stay as a family with two teenage girls. There was plenty to do and see in the local area, and the hotel itself was excellent - very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which made a big difference. The pool was a highlight for us - we used it three times during our stay and loved it! Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.

A gem of a hotel, lovely apartments, nice staff and the kids loved the pool (and we loved the sauna..).

Great hot.tub and pool

De eerste dag hadden we een kamer toegewezen waar s'nachts veel lawaai was door de airco of verwarmingsinstallatie naast de kamer. Daardoor hadden we heel slecht geslapen. De volgende dag kregen we een andere kamer toegewezen die heel goed was, ook ruimer en geen lawaai s'nachts. De manager en het personeel zijn heel vriendelijk en hartelijk. Het zwembad en spa zijn prima, goed verwarmd, water op ideale temperatuur, zalig. Ook perfecte ligging nabij het winkelcentrum. Een absolute aanrader prijs/kwaliteit!

Extremely disappointed & disgusted we have stayed previously only this time we brought our parents children & Australian family to stay booked two rooms. The room was meant to be deep cleaned but on arrival the bed had Feaces marks all over the sheet food & dog hair & pubic and head hair it was honestly disgusting to arrive to this level of filthy hygiene there is massive issue throught all rooms with extreme Sewage smell in one room we had to move for one night untill the bed issue was sorted was the most ransid smell the manager Daniel came upto smell and agreed it was awful and he would refund one night stay as our children or us couldn't sleep it was vulgar. Daniel agreed when we checked out he would do the refund. Myself husband and children decided to leave the hotel our children sick we couldn't stay with the smell dirt & no heating. When my father checked out Daniel was very rude refused any type of refund so went against totally what was agreed. I called to discuss this to be given rude arrogent attitude and told I should lie to Hotels.com and should not have given an honest review. He said on the call no refund will be given due to me telling Hotels.com. The lack of professionalism is disgraceful we have asked for the owner to contact us because the hotel has definitely went downhill its sad to see as this was somewhere we recommend but not after this awful experience.
