前台服務好，預先收到電郵check in房間，提早取鑰匙入房；但房間管線不足，冷氣不夠，而且床褥不夠承托，但附近環境不錯，餐廳酒吧都足夠，最重要很近King Cross Station and Saint Pancras International Station，乘搭歐洲之星十分方便！

房價跟房間設施及大小不付，呎數沒有顯示的那麼大，應不到200呎，最大問題是房間什麼都沒有，拖鞋，牙刷牙膏沒有沒有什麼問題，但竟然連然只提供兩隻水杯，多一隻都冇，想要熱水，問職員可否提供㷛水瓶，她只是叫你到他們酒吧咖啡機去拿，拿。電視也有很多台未能收看，酒店外環境也不見得乾淨，總括而言，2千多一晚在那附近可有更多選擇。

Nice rooms and tidy hotel near Kings Cross. Only problem was that windows didn’t block any noises from the street. Luckily I had ear plugs with me…

Great location to Kings Cross Station / short walk to shops and restaurants On arrival we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work thank you Jo who was so helpful and made sure it was all sorted. Really friendly staff and a lovely boutique hotel. Very quiet and comfortable would definitely recommend

The staff was helpful, polite, and friendly. The room was comfortable. There were three flights of stairs to be climbed so wouldn’t suggest it to anyone that has trouble with stairs.

Mi estancia de 11 noches por motivos laborales fue muy satisfactoria. El hotel destaca por su limpieza impecable y un ambiente sumamente silencioso, ideal para descansar. Además, el personal fue muy agradable y atento en todo momento. Una opción totalmente recomendable en Londres.

The staff was helpful and moved me to another room. My original room was in the basement. The room I found depressing. No windows only an enclosed patio with no privacy. The reception area looked down into the patio and room. The floors above the room were wood and you could hear people walking above you at all times. The main hotel breakfast area/food area right above the room. This is the twin room with a patio/Expedia shows the patio as a yard which is wrong. They offered me a suite with King size bed. This was not a true suite. Very little room to move it did have a window, although much better than my first room I still found the room depressing. The colors are very dark. The staff was kind and tried to do their best to accommodate me.

The room was really lovely despite our hesitation as we hadn't expected to be in the basement and other reviews were not very favourable of basement rooms. We were very happy though and our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for the station and underground lines which was great. We were surprised how quiet it was as there is a lot of building work around the local area but we heard nothing at all! We would definitely stay here again in the future - it is a lovely hotel with really nice staff in a fantastic location.

Great hotel to stay in … really quirky but no expense spared in its decor. Breakfast was great, fresh pastries with good selection. Very good position to the station. Great stay

Le premier jour la jeune fille de service n’a fait aucun effort pour montrer les ressources du petit déjeuner dont une partie était dissimulée dans ce que je croyais être indépendant de la salle du petit déjeuner . Les autres jours personnel beaucoup plus accueillant et sympathique. Hotel bien placé pour St Pancras , restaurants à proximité, très pratique pour les voyageurs

We booked a room with the vaulted bathroom and it was perfect. The amenities within the room were excellent, including snack and drinks which were an added bonus.

Friendly staff, great room amenities. If you prefer some privacy from your bathroom you may want to stay elsewhere as the glass box although opaque didn't feel super private but this was clear to us before booking. Nice decor and space in room. Excellent for access to king's cross and good buffet breakfast.

Very good location and close to tube links. Great boutique style hotel and friendly staff. reasonably priced breakfast. The shower in the Large King room is very compact but functions well.

The room was good, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room was in the basement, so I heard loud noises from the street level late at night which disturbed my sleep.

Il y avait un chauffage dysfonctionnel. Le personnel sur place a été inefficace, désintéressé et arrogant. Il faisait un froid glacial. Il a fallu appeler le service clients de Hotels.com pour obtenir un changement de chambre. Il faut tout de même savoir que le personnel sur place a refusé de fournir des couvertures additionnelles. Un hôtel à éviter absolument surtout que vous payez le tarif d'un 4 étoiles pour un service même pas digne d'un 1 étoile !
