没有空房...如何获得退款

Things are not at all like the photo. Arriving at the location, extra fees were charged for the passport and another deposit. Furthermore, the room we chose with two beds was not available and my friend had to sleep on the floor. Terrible.

Lantai kat bilik berpasir, ada lipas, tido kat katil gatal2 badan.

Kamar yang kami pesan tidak ada, harus upgrade ke kamar lain yang lebih mahal.

- Staf yang kurang memuaskan - keadaan bilik yang sempit - tv yang tidak memuaskan - banyak semut

The room area clean. interior just nice. I was satisfied with that but tv not function, the AC not cold enough, I sleep with sweat all my body, and the toilet bowl not clean especially the seat.

Bilik air kotor. Pintu bilik air rosak.

Dirty, leaking everywhere, everything broken

Staf hotel tidak lah bagus kerana sombong dan tidak peramah . perlu cari staf yang lebih baik dan mesra kepada pelanggan

Wifi password tak bagi, water heater tak berfungsi, bilik tak bersih, mentol lampu satu tak nyala, cadar kotor, selimut kotor, aircond kadang berfungsi kadang tak. Bilik air tak cuci, toilet bowl tersumbat, cermin bilik air kotor

Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, fasilitas kurang bagus.

Got some cockroach inside the room. and the room not really clean. And also receptionist not welcoming at all, no smile at all.
