Stayed an extra day because it's so hard to leave! I have stayed here a few times prior over the years. As always, everything was amazing! Tina the manager emailed me ahead of time to confirm my reservation and ask if I needed transportation from airport. I stayed in Suite 16 and it was exactly as described. Kitchen to cook. AC is a bonus. Denise and all housekeepers very sweet. Elaine catches fish every morning and will cook meals for you upon request in advance. Home Sweet Home is a quiet chill spot with amazing swimming and sunsets. Big up to owner, and all staff for making this place special! I will be back again soon!

First time staying at Home Sweet Home and in the West End. I will for sure be coming back!!! The staff was fantastic. 👌👏Very friendly and doing anything they can for you. Tina, the manager was awesome. Would recommend this resort. You have the Cliffs and the pool. And if you want the beach it's a taxi ride away. Close to everything.

The location is very ideal and the view is AMAZING!! They allow you to fish as well which I appreciated. The property itself seems to still be recovering post hurricanes as some construction and maintenance work are needed especially for attention to detail. The pool wasn't clean and that was a disappointment as well. The place has a lot of potential and I'm hoping they'll be able to get there one day or return to better conditions.

Clean room, bathroom and patio. The shower water came out light almost in drip, not full force at all. It was on the ocean but not on the beach. There’s a cliff that you can jump off at your own risk. The ladder to get back up was broken I assume from the last hurricane. The location was close to a convenience store and a few restaurants and bars. The staff was nice but the transportation guy was not! Overall I’d give it a 8/10

Tina the Manager was very accomodating to allow us a slightly earlier arrival and late departure due to our flights. All the staff were very warm and friendly.

It was a beautiful place and a beautiful view of the ocean from the cliff the star for excellent the proper was upkeep calm, cool, and quiet and I would love to stay there again

I cant say enough about our super great stay at Home Sweet Home! We stayed in room 13 for 11 nights with our grandson. Super great pool and views of the ocean. They fished and snorkeled all day. Would highly reccommend! ❤️

Overall, the stay was comfortable and convenient. View was beautiful. ACs worked good. Beds were comfortable. Staff were amazing. Only issue was that we did not get the room we booked due to water leaking in from a rain storm. The room we received was smaller and when looking on the website, saw that it was $40 USD cheaper. Inquired about a refund and was told the hotel was already paid for and price couldn’t be adjusted.

This was my second stay at Home Sweet Hone. The first timewas great 7 years ago. This time it was completely different. First of all, of the 12 nights I stayed here, I was the only guest for 8 of the nights and everyday, around 3:00 p.m. all the staff went home. No nighttime security and with the gate wide open, it was not a secure resort. Next. the pool. It woukd be great if someone cleaned the pool on a daily basis. Penthouse. Million dollar view but it would be nice to have east blinds on the windows for the early morning sunrises. My room was cleaned daily. In the 12 days there, my room was only cleaned 5 times. Nice lady, but not dedicated to her job. Towels were like sandpaper. Cost. No way was the price charged for the Penthouse justified based on the items above and the general condition of the property. I will never stay here again. Too bad, as the property has magnificent views. Be warned.

Great views and awesome service. Bacon, eggs, toast, and coffee was delivered to my rom with a smile. Loved the stay and will stay there again. Recommend this place for your Negril, Jamaica stay. Close to local corner store, bud and bar across the street with live music. Very affordable and nice place to live for a few days since it’s “Home Sweet Home”.
