Very impressive and well kept property in a quiet gated community. We did not have a car, so organizing transportation was challenging, but the grocery store is only a 20 minute walk away (for those who enjoy walking). I did not rate it 5 stars because it was difficult to communicate with the property managers in advance. They finally contacted me the day before check in, and it was not obvious that I needed to pay a balance and deposit in cash US dollars upon arrival (most places accept credit card). We worked it out, but it did add a layer of unnecessary stress - they could have simply sent a message with the balance and instructions after booking so that travellers could be better prepared.

The communication with the property owner made our stay exceptionally better. Our villa was beautiful I would definitely stay here again and again!!!

Definitely worth even penny we spent. Just a relaxation even with the kids around. Lovely pool and kids play area. Professional and attentive staff. 5 Stars...

Great large clean villa in safe beautiful country club near Ocho Ros Town Center. Will book again. Highly Recommended.

Well, what can i say about the villas at cool shade. It was spectacular. The entire villa was impeccably clean. Lush gardens and flowers. The rooms and decor were a breath of fresh air while staying true to its island feel with their vibrant colors. The pool! Oh my the pool! My kids and i couldn't get enough of the pool. I think we went there 3 out of the 4 days we stayed. The gated community was quiet and relaxing and at evenings/ nights i just sit out on the verandah and soak in that fresh mountain air. I'm already planning my next trip.
