Sent to the wrong room which I questioned at reception and then I got into the room and 10 minutes later they knocked my door and told me I was in the wrong room and had to move.nobody knows what they are doing there.

Lovely hotel stayed for 1 night in a twin room... very spacious and comfortable. Idwal location for us as we were not looking to stay in the middle of blackpool bit only a short tram away

Easy to park outside. Able to leave the bags with them before checking in. Friendly staff Room was clean. Curtains just covered the window. Compact bathroom. Carpet a bit stained but not a recent stain. It was good for the price we paid and for an overnight stay. Nothing really bad

Very clean and tidy hotel with the room being just what you could want at the price. Clean bedding and towels, tidy room, ensuite and tea/coffee facilities. Its conveniently located 50 yards from the nearest tram stop which is a 15 minute ride to the Tower, or a 45 minute stroll along the promenade. All I would say is that the bed could do with an extra couple of pillows

A reasonably priced and adequate room for an overnight stay in a quiet area of Blackpool. The room needed a little extra upkeep but was reasonably clean with a comfortable bed, TV, kettle and drinks plus ensuite facilities.

The toilet didnt flush at all we spend 3 days with the same piss in the toilet because they couldnt be bothered to come fix it and they wouldnt change our rooms and not to mention the radiators were on 24/7 no matter the wheather will never be using this hotel ever again, there was also never anybody at reception other then when we first arrived.

Helpful staff

The staff were very kind and always smiling. On entry we were offered some drinks too which was a refreshing idea! The rooms are a bit dated but we had a very comfortable stay, the heating was on at the right times so was great especially in this cold. I asked for an iron and hairdryer which the staff gave for our stay which which fantastic. Was a quiet and lovely stay, we got the sea view room too which had a lovely view. The decor wasn’t as much like shown in the pics but it was comfortable. Will stay again.

Absolute 10/10 for customer service! All people I had come into contact with at reception were ever so friendly, polite, welcoming & went out of their way to help you! Lovely location, very good price & very affordable. Few little DIY touches needed on the room but overall a very pleasant stay :) will be coming back!

Breakfast was a disaster,the chef went for holiday so staff tried to cook the breakfast it was cold and not a fried breakfast as they couldn't supply any pork

Property was vlean but no heating or hot water and had to have heaters provided which was not convenient with young children

Room was tiny, stains on carpet, was freezing, no heating on in room even though when we complained they said theyd put it on, after several complaints we were given a fan heater , no hot water either

Hotel is budget priced, but its not budget feel. Its well situated at starrgate end, so its quiet but just a short tram ride into heart of blackpool. Rooms are very spacious,lift to all floors,free parking in front and on street behind.

Property was nice comfortable and warm good distance from tower but lovely walk through the alumination.

Clean and reasonable cost

Seaview literally was a sea view. The tram stop was directly opposite the hotel. The chef was good & I enjoyed my meal even eating more than I usually would. The road in front was busy but what do you expect with such proximity to the sea.? The lights were on which added to the enjoyment & i would stay there again despite a rather chilly shower (maybe I’m just best but I like a warm to hot shower). All in all a good hotel

One of the better hotels we have stopped in Blackpool we would use again on our next trip to Blackpool

Having read some recent reviews we were concerned about our visit. On arrival, the hotel like most along the front looks a little tired, however the front of the hotel was kept clean. When we checked in the gent behind reception was really polite, knowledgable and helpful. He ensured we knew the WiFi code, assisted with our breakfast orders and dining time. We travelled as a family of 5 (with 3 young girls under 7) the gent on reception had upgraded us to a larger interconnecting room to ensure our stay was more comfortable. The room was (against all recent reviews) very warm all evening/night, clean and had a new kettle. We could clearly see the management had actioned recent feedback which was very impressive. The room itself was a little tired/dated however it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel provided a travel cot for the little one which looked brand new, with a fitted sheet and cover. Overall the bedroom was great for our set up! The breakfast room was dated but it was clean, tidy and well equipped for all our needs. Again, the high chair for the little one looked brand new, with full 5 point strap - perfect! The girls had the continental breakfast offering and loved it, my wife and I had the full English. The breakfast was nice and set us up for the day. The chef/server was so attentive and polite, what a nice chap! He interacted with the kids and as busy as he was didn’t stop smiling. Overall great experience from us. Thank you.

I hated tge breakfast the man cooking kept coughing in the kitchen while he cooked our breakfast. The room was freezing because the heating was on a time. I was very uncomfortable because of the cold. Apart from these things it was a basic room.
