Receptionis very bad attitude, mostly the women

Nice place to stay. And it clean and afforadble

The room is quite spacious, and what's good is the lamp's room is white and bright.

Overall is OK. Strategic location. Many mamak restaurants and shops nearby. Commuter station is on the opposite road.

Bersih nyaman. Pokok nyaman deh hehehehehhehehehe.

It was okay. As good as I expected. No complaints.

The room design is modern. The room is clean but a bit compact, the hotel is very well prepared for all the items such as a toothbrush, shower cap, body and hair shampoo, strong wifi. Nearby by driving 8 min is a wet market. You can find a lot of good food here.

Seronok menginap di hotel ini. Suasana yang baik. Ada kemudahan lift dan parking. Tetapi satu je yang kurang, dinding bilik ada kesan tompokan air, minta pihak hotel dapat membersihkannya segera!

No warm welcome, no staff attention to the guest, room not being make up unless ask to the hk staff, not consistent. Below the standard of service as a hotel. No outlet for breakfast, not good quality of bed sheet. Good air conditioner and also good shower.

So far the room is normal, but the bedsheet have a lot of stain (Blood stain and fungus), toilet area is dirty. We wish management can take note although the price is not high.

Worst room ever. The windows are not soundproof, too noisy. Can't sleep, bad hospitality. Towels are torn and dirty. The pillow is rotten and has dirt. The only good thing is that the mattress is comfortable, serious if you want to book. Do not book the family section. Came 4 hours to get here and ended up not being able to sleep because of the very noisy noise and the sticky floor.

The accomadation was good and brand new but the service from the receptionist was really bad. No greeting and do not bother about guest. Will only repeat if both of them are no longer positioned at front desk.

Comfortable room, but the staff unfriendly

I liked the room, but the comforter was very smelly and that made me cannot sleep the whole night even I tried to spray my perfume and my own sanitizer (I brought these myself). I hope the staff takes this seriously. But overall I liked the room, will come back if the comforter is not so smelly.

It is convenient! A lot of food and nearby KTM station and bus station. It was new and clean.

the environment of per floor are different and I most like stay at 1st floor which channel can watch and good environment but second floor environment are different with 1st floor.

New hotel so everything is good.
