We had a group of eight in four rooms. Check-in and check-out was seamless and smooth.Every room was comfortable, clean, and restful. This is why I come back.

It was amazing restful in a comfortable bed the only thing is the need different channels of movies not only soccer on the TV it will end up boring.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating even through two complications. First the battery on the room door was dead so I could not get in because the card could not activate the door lock. Second, the toilet in the new room they sent me to was plugged. The staff was very helpful and corrected both problems quickly and pleasantly. Gratefully there were no more issues.

Realised my room did not come with breakfast but when I was booking it was not mentioned.

Our stay was nice, but although our booking clearly stated that breakfast ( worth P 175 each) was included, we were informed by the receptionist that it was excluded. Hotels.com must ensure that such discrepancies do not cloud what was otherwise a wonderful stay.

Pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, the parking area was safe, the service was good. The only downside was that the hotel is close to the main road and there were some rowdy guests in the carpark

We spent one night at Cresta Mahalpye on the way through Botswana and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and good value for money and would recommend it to other travellers. The food in the restaurant is a little limited and maybe over-priced for the offering but still a highly memorable stay.

My husband and I, enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were roomy and very comfortable. We would recommend it to our friends and relatives.

Wat te net hotel voor dit land. Maar als je toch hier moet zijn (zoals wij) dan is het er prima verblijven. Lekker zwembad ook. En dat is heel erg lekker in zo'n warm land.
