I had hurt my back. Receptionist went out of her way to get me a lower room

Staff was super friendly and welcoming! Breakfast was delicious and the view from the hill was lovely! The restaurant for dinner was delicious and drinks are amazing! Great location easy to get to black beard castle or take a quick taxi / walk to the ferry terminal to get to St. John. Just a quick drive to the airport. If you’re a beach hopper or someone on the go that needs a place to rest that’s clean and easy to access then this is your place!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However the room is overdue for improvements. The balcony door did not lock and the water pressure was low on the upper floors. The steps are definitely a work out if you lots of bags.

By far the best deal on the Island. Walking distance to Main and Waterfront and Blackbeard's. Pool, full breakfast included, and dined at their restaurant.

No Hot water both days, had to take cold showers. Swimming pool ladder covered with rust. Exposed electrical wires on our balcony.

Breakfast has very limited choices, only open between 0730 to 0930 & wont give u Bagel or anything if ur having an early day/tour unlike other places I have stayed. Only 1 waitress, but she’s nice. Parking very limited, it’s on d street- only 2 very tight space off street.

Room clean, maid service good, and great breakfast included. Parking can be limited.

When we first got there, we were underwhelmed but the staff was amazing, the breakfast was good, it was quiet and in a decent location. We’d stay again.

Yes Rooms needs some touch up. Clean but rusty showers, sinks, faucets and peeling wall paints. Overall a beautiful place and staff

Absolutely enjoyed every minute of this trip. Joanna was absolutely incredible and the family that owns the property and their are INCREDIBLY accommodating. I would revisit in a heartbeat and me and my partner did not want to leave at the end of our trip. Thank you Bunker Hill for an amazing experience!
