下订单后第二天发email询问航班号接机等，到达前再次确认，前台很友善和微笑的态度，接送机司机也很不错，搬送行李。缺点就是水压有点小，卫生间排水很慢

This is a budget friendly place, you get what you pay for. Staff was nice and our shuttle waited a long time for us to get out of the airport. I left before breakfast was available, so no review there. I would say that the rooms are old and they have to fix things frequently. The sink faucet was loose and the toilet stopped working (no water to flush). The shower was fine and the beds were clean and comfortable enough. I would spend more next time for a more modern stay. Wi-Fi was available and worked great.

Walkable Convinient

It's not bad for the rate- it's cheap so hotel is decent for the price. Beds are nice and clean which is the important part. But the twin rooms are tinyyyyy The hotel location is good, its just off the main road (like 2 min walk) but the alley it is in isn't the safest if you're walking alone, especially at night. Be careful of that. Also when we arrived there was LOUD construction just outside of our window. Bathroom: okay, seems old and it's the cleanest. Shower door was broken and wouldn't close. They provide slippers for guests that are not disposable, which isn't hygienic. I would also suggest a screen for the windows, because you gotta choose between sleeping in a stuffy room or getting feasted on by mosquitoes. But the customer service is good, they are very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is buffet style so really depends what you get that day. Good and convenient airport shuttle.

Love the breakfast variety and the clean rooms. Shower felt amazing and it wasnt as hot in the rooms in the evenings will stay there again on the next visit. Staff was very friendly and the cleaners do a great job. You get alot when you order food so if your not a big eater you can share the food or save for later. Overall a great stay

A very friendly Team who are always willing to support. The Hotel is basic and have some areas that need updating such as the bathroom but it is always clean. The breakfast varies each day, providing a delicious taste of Ethiopia.

Staff was great and accommodating but property was a 2 star hotel, at best. Elevator was not working for the whole week. Water and electricity were reliable. Great selection of traditional food and staff members were pleasant.

Clean and comfortable room, excellent airport shuttle service, friendly and helpful staff, particularly in the housekeeping department, breakfast can be better and the carpet in common area needs to be renovated urgently.

The hotel was decent carpets in the hallway could use cleaning. Housekeeping was adequate breakfast was okay.

electricity frequently went out and no generator.breakfast was okay but not great. N0ot a very wide selection of entrees and no0t labeled so dont know what anything is.

The photos make the hotel look better than in actuality. It caused me to change my plans and look elsewhere for accomodation. However, it is close to the airport, the shuttle worked well and the staff were lovely and accomodating. It is alright for a stopover but not for a long stay.

Good service and a variety of dishwa for breakfast. Give it 3/4 because of the bad gym and the steam that did not work. In addition to the water leakage in first 3 days of our stay. Overall ok, but need renovations.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and rooms very spacious. I would recommend improving the electrical installations in the bedrooms to ensure they are more robust. WiFi was variable but improved during the stay.
